Confusing Layout
by Tom Bender on 04/21/2025I went there (AutoNation Toyota) just to get an additional copy of my key made. It was my first time going there as I purchased my 2023 Corolla used a little over a year ago, from a non-Toyota dealership, and I have not yet needed to take… it in for service. The first thing I noticed was that the service area was organized like the entrance to a courthouse building, complete with what looked like a security detector system. Tim, my advisor, however, was very helpful and friendly. I wandered around the rest of the dealership while I waited for my new key to be programmed, etc. It was hard to figure out what was what. The sales area was small and very casual looking. Maybe that was by design. No one approached me. Maybe that was by design also, I don't know. I got what I came for, but I can't recommend this dealership as a place to go to purchase a car.Hi Tom, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. by LeftHandGoon on 01/30/2025Purchased a used 2022 RAV4 TRD Off Road in Calvary Blue. The staff at AutoNation Toyota is top tier. No pressure, honest, friendly, and responsive. I had been going in periodically since October (it's now the end of January) and… researching a few SUV models. Jonathan and Khalid were amazingly helpful and patient. I knew I would end up getting an SUV and I am the type to spend hours (days, weeks, months even) researching, reading reviews, asking questions, and watching videos. Not once did anybody at AutoNation Toyota push me to buy now. I'd go back to them in a heartbeat and I'd recommend them to my family and friends without question. "Chief" Kris in finance was amazing. Honest and straightforward with the options available for the vehicle I finally decided to purchase. Also not pushy with the options. I didn't feel forced or rushed for anything. Kris, Khalid, and Jon all spent more time answering my questions and making sure I was well informed and comfortable with the purchase. Kris even stayed past closing time to finalize my deal today. Plus the 1Price No haggle policy is actually pretty good. I LOVE to haggle. I LOVE getting the best deal I can find. The prices for used vehicles are almost always on the lower end of what to expect from a dealership. You might find lower prices private party but not with full 120+ points inspections, 5 day money back guarantees, or options for extended warranties. All in all the entire process was comfortable and painless. I'm very happy with my purchase and the dealership. Full tank of gas and good deep cleaning to send me home on! We weren't exactly ready to spend all that money but Eric was very helpful with… getting to a price that worked for us. We also had a toddler with us and Eric was super patient and accommodating considering the extra time it took to move the car seat around multiple times. by Alpavlansky on 01/01/2025My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a very specific truck and there is not a lot of stock in the specific trim and desired engine. There was one at Autonation and we called a day ahead to make an appointment. Taylor answered the call and… from the first conversation, we knew he would be fantastic! He is professional, fought for us, did not pretend to know when we had very specific questions regarding military benefits and tax exemptions. We appreciate that because he was transparent and did not try to pretend to know it all. I feel like that is incredibly rare now a days. We ended up purchasing the truck and ran into a couple hiccups, one being the GM slashing prices in the middle of that sale and receiving those notifications. This happened twice. Each time we approached Taylor about it, he went and fought with us. He apologized for this occurring and we genuinely felt like he was on our side and wanted to help us. Once we agreed to purchased the truck, Chief, Kris who is the finance manager took care of us. He did not give us the run around, he answered all of our questions, thoroughly explain the benefits of the extended warranties and maintenance plans. We ultimately decided to take advantage of those plans. I highly recommend seeing Taylor for any vehicles you’re interested in and then Chief if you end up purchasing a vehicle!Hi, we're happy to hear you had such a positive experience with our team!
