AutoNation Toyota and Nicholas Hertel in Spokane made the purchase experience of my new Land Cruiser a breeze. Every one of my technical questions were answered quickly and accurately. Communication from first contact to signing the docs was respectful and helpful. Highly recommend Nick for sales and Adam in finance for getting us in and out without delay. Will return to this dealership and sales person when I purchase again.
