    The people were very nice and helpful,I would recommend any one i know to buy a car from auto nation ,even when every thing was done and had to go back a few days later for some help like putting my phone numbers in my car or getting my plates ,there was always someone there to help me but devin meyers and wayne wagner were the most help of all, great people .

  • Impressive Sales and Service Experience

    My husband and I are thoroughly impressed with the sales and service of AutoNation Chevrolet. I had been looking for a 2010 Tahoe for months, wanting the 2010 because my research said that was the year it went to a 6 speed transmission and knowing that I probably wouldn't be able to afford anything newer. I went to quite a few dealerships, explaining what I was looking for and why I was looking for a 2010, and also telling them I wasn't in a hurry. I got a lot of business cards and was told if they found one they'd give me a call. I thought I had a few more months to search when my car died. Suddenly the search was serious. The next time I was in Spokane for a doctor's appointment, I decided to call some of those salesmen from the cards I had in my purse. Since my girlfriend was driving me in, I could call since the drive in took a while. After calling a couple of salesmen at other dealerships, I called AutoNation. The salesman I had talked to was no longer with the company so I was transferred to Ken Mobley. I explained to him what I was looking for and he said they had just gotten a few cars I might be interested in. More importantly, he told me that in the latter part of 2009, Chevy put a 6 speed transmission in the Tahoe. He texted me pictures and information on the three SUVs he had he thought I might like. I was going to wait until after my doctor's appointment to go by. But during lunch, after talking it over with my girlfriend, I called him to tell him I would come by to look at the 2009 Tahoe. The keys to being a good salesman is listening and product knowledge. Ken is a good salesman...excellent at his job. He listened to what I wanted, didn't push me, and knew everything about the product. Believe me when I say that. Other salesmen at other dealerships were all told why I was looking for a 2010 Tahoe and what I wanted in it. Ken was the ONLY one who told me the 2009 later model went to the 6 speed tranny. He answered all my questions about the car and explained all the buttons and features. On top of that, this Tahoe had everything except one option that I wanted. Long story short on this part of my transaction, I called my husband, told him I was bringing home a new (to me) car. The transaction in buying it was no stress, easy and fairly quick (based upon stories friends and family had told me about buying their cars at other dealerships.) This is the third car we've bought from Appleway. I drove away happy with my purchase. Two days later, my husband and I are driving to a wedding...the first time he's been in the car. He pointed out to me that the dash was all cracked. I hadn't noticed as I'm short and couldn't see it over the "hump" of the dash while sitting in the drivers seat. He, needless to say, was very unhappy over that. I called Ken the following Monday or Tuesday and took it in later in the day for him to look at it. While I waited in the lobby, he took Brad Watson from the service area to look over the dash. When they came back in, I was told they would fix it, and since it would take 10 hours for the work, they would give me a loaner to drive until it was ready. I had to wait until the part came in and they would call me to set up the appointment. Everything went smoothly and I got my car back yesterday. My husband and I are so, so impressed with how Appleway treated and took care of us. We are recommending them to everyone we know who is looking for a car. Kudus to Ken Mobley and Brad Watson for being excellent employees! And, I'm happy to say, My Car Looks Beautiful!

    By far one of the best buying experiences I've had. I am typically a no B.S. type guy and I don't like to have my time wasted, nor do I like to waste others. Sugar coating is one of those things I definitely don't like. I made a contact to AutoNation here a few weeks ago to see what options I had on selling/trading my pickup in for something new. I dealt with Dan D. (salesman) for these questions and then slept on a few of the discussions we had. A week/2 later, one of my friends called me up, telling me he was trying to trade in his Kia Sorento for a Silverado in Tri-Cities. I had mentioned to him that was a waste of his time and that he should consider driving to Spokane to come meet with Dan. Sure enough, next day he drove over with his wife, went and met with Dan D. (salesman) and Mike M. (sales manager) and ended up leaving with a new pickup. Mike was very to the point, and was able to offer them the best deal on trade-in and for my friends situation, he was able to lease a rig very cheap to keep his total debt value down as he is looking to purchase a practice in the next few months. Upon hearing about the experience, I decided it was time I went down and met with Mike and Dan face to face to see what we could get done. Before heading there I gave them all of my info so that I wouldn't spend forever and a day there. They had the rig pulled up, paperwork ready, and I was able to sit down with Mike and go over the options. Mike and I both are very, "to the point" type guys so I feel that we were able to get it done pretty quickly. Dan was very helpful in explaining everything that would then take place, and walk us through all of the "new" technology the Silverados have to offer. He definitely knows his stuff! The only draw back for time was within the finance department. However, having been a banker myself, I understand that there are numerous things you have to do before had to prepare everything. Clint was a HUGE help, and actually took the time to walk us through the lease paperwork and explain everything (as this was our first lease). Overall, great experience and I would recommend Mike/Dan/Clint to anyone. If you can get the power trio.....AWESOME! If you like to say it how it is, and be told how it is...ask for Mike.

  • Autonations Saved Me!

    While staying in Spokane, WA going through chemo and radiation for cancer, my car started making a strange noise, and I was due to drive back home in three days, 100 miles north of Spokane. I called my husband who was at home and told him I didn't want to take a chance on driving the car that far without getting it looked at. He said to go on line and look for a Chevy dealership near my hotel. As it turned out, Autonation Chevrolet was just a few miles away. I called the service department, and they said to bring the car in, and they'd get right on it. I explained that I had cancer treatments every day, and that I'd need a loaner car until mine was fixed. They said no problem. When I arrived, the head of the Service Department met with me and had someone take my car out and checked out all the noises. He then gave me a complete breakdown of everything that was wrong. Although the car has low mileage, it is 10 years old, and everything wrong was just due to being 10 years old. I was given the choice of which items to fix, but I chose all of them. Rob then got me set up with a nice loaner so I could make all my appointments at the clinic, and said they would call me the next day when the car was done. Several of the parts had to be ordered. At 10 the next morning, I got a call from Rob, and my car was done! I was elated! When I got there, the car was even washed and vacuumed! Wow, I was so happy! I could not have been cared for better, which meant a lot to me with as bad as I was feeling from the chemo! I will be forever grateful to Autonation!

    My least favorite thing to do is shop for cars, but my favorite thing to have is a new one; Now that I've found Mike (sales manager), Curtis (sales rep) and Clint (the finance guy) I won't ever have to "shop" for a car again, I'll simply get to go pick one out. That was our experience at Autonation Chevrolet! This team is amazing!! "Which car do you want? How much do you want to pay? Ok!" And out the door in just a few short hours, NOT a tedious all day, talk to an assortment of people just to find out that they're not willing to meet your terms, as I've unfortunately encountered too many times! I've never revisited the same car lot and I've owned many cars, but I won't ever go anywhere but Autonation Chevrolet again! And I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new car!

    My wife and I purchased a very nice used vehicle from this dealership. I'm not going to get into the specifics of our issue. We've had it for about a month or so . I want to let you know they went above and beyond to fix it. We did not have to get into yelling matches or politics they jumped right on it and corrected it to perfection. The Golden Rule! They treated us like I know how I would treat someone if they were in our situation. Like a friend or a family member not like a meal ticket. Our business was done over a month ago and now I will tell you it is not anymore. My wife and I are going to be looking for a new vehicle here in the near future and we are going to give them the first shot at our business. A special thanks to the GM and the wonderful crew at AutoNation Chevrolet.

    My wife and I went to auto nation chevy to trade our Jeep commander we got a chance to meet and speak to the GM Sam he and all the sales staff were very helpful, we traded our jeep for two more fuel efficient vehicles and even after the sale they helped with any arising problems and continue to provide great service thank you guys again for the help and friendly service.

  • Best car buying experience ever

    I started the purchase of our 2014 Silverado High Country online from Russ. When I arrived at the AutoNation Chevrolet Russ was busy and I was helped by Sam the General Manager. I thought "oh no they brought out the big guns". Sam was patient and worked hard in locating the truck we wanted. The deal was done with a handshake and returned 3 days later to take delivery of our new truck. Both Russ and Sam finalized the delivery and it was absolutely the best car buying experience we've had in the past 30 years. No pressure, simple and thorough. We will buy from AutoNation again.

    I bought a 2014 Silverado 2500HD from Duane and it was absolutely the best car buying experience I have had in over 40 years of buying cars/trucks. No pressure, simple and thorough. I would definitely buy from AutoNation again.

    We returned to Autonation specifically in hopes of working with Bill N. and we were lucky enough to have that happen. My wife had it right when she said even if we move across the state we would most likely make the drive back to work with him again. Always a great experience!

    We originally purchased a 2011 Malibu from Ken M. in 2011 and this year felt we needed to get something with more amenities for the wife. We selected a 2014 Malibu and Ken M. was again our sales person. Both times we have been to AutoNation, Ken has been out sales person and the experience has been outstanding. Ken M. is a very attentive and extremely knowledgeable sales person and I would recommend him to anyone. Mike Mackey, the sales manager, is also very friendly and was extremely helpful during the lease process. I have no problem recommending AutoNation Chevrolet, Spokane Valley, to anyone.
