Found a certified used BMW 330i xdrive that was value-priced in our price range.… Test drive was easy, 1 price policy was fair and low doc and admin fees made this deal work. The Acura we chose was a 14 year upgrade compared to the Lexus we traded in. The electronics and computer advancements… were overwhelming for me and my wife. Our Sales Associate, Nicola, was very patient, understanding, and helpful. She took all the time needed to familiarize us with all the features. She helped us set up all the personal settings and linked up the phones. Nicole and all the staff at AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley welcomed us and treated us like family. We are sure that future relations with Acura Spokane Valley will be at the same level of exceptional service. One more thing. I love big block engine performance. When I drove this four cylinder engine RDX, I was blown away at the accelerating performance. Looks and performance of our Acura are awesome. The price was very competitive and we felt no pressure from Nicole or the Sales Manager, Eric, during the whole process. Truly a great team to work with.Excellent Service

Botched Warranty Paperwork
by Terrie206 on 01/21/2017We bought a car along with several warranties at AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley. One of the warranties they issued was not correct for our car. When they notified us, a year and a half later, Josh from the Finance Department, said the… person who issued our warranties had left the company and the incorrect warranty paperwork has sat on someones desk, untouched since our purchase. The only solution he offered was that we could pay cash, over a thousand dollars, for the proper warranty when the original had been rolled into our loan. He was going to check on other solutions and get back to me. I never heard from him again. Ive called him back twice and hes too busy to take my call or return my call. Ive also emailed the manager, Russ Norman and he hasnt responded either.Thanks for the feedback. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers at AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley. The Sales Mgr (Bill Duvall) and our Sales Rep (Michelle Fogal) were very responsive… to all communications. We had purchased our previous vehicle here and were frustrated by a very prolonged wait for the F&I guy to do our paperwork. I made a point of this issue and Bill made sure one was available at the time agreed. He also sent us on our way with a full tank and a complimentary dispenser of touch-up paint for our new RDX. Much appreciated. Michelle, our Sales Rep was a delightful breath of fresh air. She not only knew her product exceptionally well but helped us start enjoying it immediately by loading in a number of settings to the NAV and connecting the blue tooth on our cells. If we are in the market for an Acura in the future we will definitely start with this dealer.Great Experience

Melaia helped me test drive several different models (including other makes) and gave… a very honest list of pros and cons to each of them without being biased. I was a couple of months out from buying when I first went to the showroom. I received a little pressure from the sales manager to buy/lease right away, but that was to be expected. Not bad at all. I'm extremely pleased with my TLX, I love everything about it. Melaia was terrific to work with and I will be back for another Acura in the future.Very Pleased

by Romam on 02/28/2015Did alignment at Auto nation acura of spokane Wa, and they broke my power steering boot. Went back to dealer ask for them to fix there mistake, they said it is not are fault, so here i am with brooking boot. So need to spend more money… for dealer mistake.
