My wife and I had an amazing experience buying our 2019 Acura RDX SH-AWD A-Spec at AutoNation Acura in Spokane Valley. The Acura we chose was a 14 year upgrade compared to the Lexus we traded in. The electronics and computer advancements were overwhelming for me and my wife. Our Sales Associate, Nicola, was very patient, understanding, and helpful. She took all the time needed to familiarize us with all the features. She helped us set up all the personal settings and linked up the phones. Nicole and all the staff at AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley welcomed us and treated us like family. We are sure that future relations with Acura Spokane Valley will be at the same level of exceptional service. One more thing. I love big block engine performance. When I drove this four cylinder engine RDX, I was blown away at the accelerating performance. Looks and performance of our Acura are awesome. The price was very competitive and we felt no pressure from Nicole or the Sales Manager, Eric, during the whole process. Truly a great team to work with.
