Amazing Experience
by Hailey Jones on 01/17/2023My boyfriend and I went to the Audi dealership in Spokane and we had an amazing experience. We were both looking for cars, with some idea of what we would like. I was leaning more toward the A3-A5 and he was leaning toward the Q5 or the Q8.… We had our appointment set with Gezz, even though my boyfriend had previously worked with Zach and had an amazing experience with him as well when he purchased his A6. Because he had worked with Zach previously, he wanted to make sure that we worked with both Zach & Gezz to ensure they were both compensated for their outstanding service to us. The entire time we were there, everyone fought for us. We had some particular needs as we were trying to get my payment down as much as possible and everyone went completely out of their way for us to ensure we got what we were hoping for. We went on three test drives total and each one we went on was fantastic and we were comfortable the entire time. Because our needs were different than the average customer, we ended up spending the day there well into the night and everyone stayed past closing time for us. The last step of the night was getting to work with Isaiah in financing and even though it was so late, he took the time to explain everything to us and make us feel right at home. He could've very easily rushed the process but he took extra time to specifically make sure everything was correct and in place to ensure we had the best experience possible - just like Gezz and Zach did. We both left there with brand new Audi's and couldn't be happier. Him being in a Q8 and me being in an A5. I was so worried going in there and left there incredibly happy and getting to drive around in my dream car. Thank you so much to Gezz, Zach, and Isaiah for going out of your way to make sure our experience was perfect and for fighting for us to get the payments we would like. I would HIGHLY recommend everybody at that dealership, but especially those three amazing guys. Thank you! Buying Luxury Doesn't Guarantee Luxury Customer Support
by Chere Hobbs on 06/15/2020We purchased a brand new Audi three years ago from Audi Spokane. Included with the purchase was an Audi extended warranty and gap insurance. We decided to trade our Audi in for a Volkswagen as we wanted to have access to a service… department in our town rather than driving 4 hours to get it serviced. It has been two months and numerous unanswered emails and unreturned calls trying to get a refund for the extended warranty and gap insurance. I emailed all the necessary documentation as well. In light of COVID I have been patient. However, two months of no response is unacceptable and unprofessional.Chere, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. by DNCRK8719 on 08/12/2017Updated Review on August 9: 1 Star A second star was lost when the CPO A3 I purchased developed a rattle on our way back to Tri-Cities the night we bought the car. (The Audi TC Service team and general manager have been incredibly… supportive while they work through the problem.) A third star was lost when calls to the general manager of Audi Spokane, Chris, to discuss my situation went unreturned. An email with my concerns (which did include my plan to post updates to my online reviews) was ultimately responded to, at which point GM Chris asked me to email the problems I've been facing with the car so that he might forward it on to Audi regional management for possible support. I have heard nothing from either level since. The fourth and final star was lost today, as my car that quite recently was supposed to have passed a Certified Pre-Owned Inspection has now been in the shop for over 4 weeks. Work has been done on its heat shields, timing chain tensioner, and now camshaft. There is no solid estimate of when the vehicle will be returned to me. UPDATE: Vehicle was returned in good order on August 11. I'm so incredibly disappointed with this purchase, and felt inclined to share it so that every possible customer has a chance to hear my situation and maybe make a more informed decision prior to buying or servicing a car here. For the Audi Spokane Facebook account moderator: Please don't reply with the phone number for your general manager, Chris, as I know it well and will not waste my time reaching out yet again. If he'd like to improve my experience with his dealership and its vehicles, he has my name and number and is welcome to return my previous messages anytime. I do want to extend a special thank you to Spencer for his communication and support. July 3 Review: Four Stars Great selection of CPO Audis and I believe I got the best deal available on an A3 here in the northwest after months of searching online. Jason, Logan, and Spencer worked as a team and were flexible around my work and out-of-town schedule. The 5-star experience was lost when we had to wait 3 hours from signing on the draft deal with sales to actually getting to sit in the finance office to finalize the deal. Our gal was kind, thorough, and efficient, but they need to hire more people to do the job.Great customer service

I had to travel 300 mikes to purchase the car but it was well worth the trip. I was shown how to operate… every feature of the car and John even took the time to pair all of my mobile devices etc... Tylor did an amazing job providing all the information we requested, genuinely enjoyed sharing our interest in the car's features while we test drove several models,… kept a respectful and personable professionalism that fostered building a personal relationship with we and the dealership that made our decision free from pressure. He also went above and beyond in matters of training and service getting us setup and learning the myriad features we needed to consider for daily use of the car. The whole experience felt concierge and graceful.
