Audi Spokane

My boyfriend and I went to the Audi dealership in Spokane and we had an amazing experience. We were both looking for cars, with some idea of what we would like. I was leaning more toward the A3-A5 and he was leaning toward the Q5 or the Q8. We had our appointment set with Gezz, even though my boyfriend had previously worked with Zach and had an amazing experience with him as well when he purchased his A6. Because he had worked with Zach previously, he wanted to make sure that we worked with both Zach & Gezz to ensure they were both compensated for their outstanding service to us. The entire time we were there, everyone fought for us. We had some particular needs as we were trying to get my payment down as much as possible and everyone went completely out of their way for us to ensure we got what we were hoping for. We went on three test drives total and each one we went on was fantastic and we were comfortable the entire time. Because our needs were different than the average customer, we ended up spending the day there well into the night and everyone stayed past closing time for us. The last step of the night was getting to work with Isaiah in financing and even though it was so late, he took the time to explain everything to us and make us feel right at home. He could've very easily rushed the process but he took extra time to specifically make sure everything was correct and in place to ensure we had the best experience possible - just like Gezz and Zach did. We both left there with brand new Audi's and couldn't be happier. Him being in a Q8 and me being in an A5. I was so worried going in there and left there incredibly happy and getting to drive around in my dream car. Thank you so much to Gezz, Zach, and Isaiah for going out of your way to make sure our experience was perfect and for fighting for us to get the payments we would like. I would HIGHLY recommend everybody at that dealership, but especially those three amazing guys. Thank you! I can't wait to work with you all again.
