Buying Luxury Doesn't Guarantee Luxury Customer Support

onWe purchased a brand new Audi three years ago from Audi Spokane. Included with the purchase was an Audi extended warranty and gap insurance. We decided to trade our Audi in for a Volkswagen as we wanted to have access to a service department in our town rather than driving 4 hours to get it serviced. It has been two months and numerous unanswered emails and unreturned calls trying to get a refund for the extended warranty and gap insurance. I emailed all the necessary documentation as well. In light of COVID I have been patient. However, two months of no response is unacceptable and unprofessional.
