    I live in Western Washington and found the Tesla Model Y that I liked at Corwin Ford about 250 miles away. I've never bought a car without seeing it but they made me feel very good about my purchase. They were very friendly and quick to respond to my questions and also request of a video walk a round of my possible car. They sent me the information the same day. Did all my paperwork and financing over the phone as much as possible with the little bit left over at the dealership. They were upfront and even were able to get my windows tinted by my request before I showed up to pick up the car. Thank you Laura Frank!!!! You did a fantastik job!!!

    I bought a truck here three weeks ago and in that time have had nothing but problems. It's was missing the seat belt, the tire sensor is faulted out and not the check engine light is on the I couldn't tow more then 25 mph up a hill. All this in threes weeks and they have refused to make it right. But offered to sell me more warranty of course that wouldn't cover theses issues. Just a bad bussiness.

    Bought a CPO F-150 Lariat from these guys. It has broke down twelve times since April. Here I am, less than a year owning it, and the truck has less than 3k miles put on it. The GM offered to get me out of the truck, but when he offered me $29k for it, I knew that these people were out to help themselves. I paid $38k putting me $9k in debt over a truck they put their CPO "stamp" of approval. Corwin has put me and my family through so much stress that they have no clue how bad of public relations they are creating. These people want to sell you something quick so that they have all the length of the loan to treat you like dirt.

    Had a great experience trading in a car for a new one. We had great customer service and they worked really well with our situation. Rob Palomarez was very patient throughout our decision making and really did research to find what we wanted in our price range. He also has done a great job following up with us to make sure everything is going well and to check if we need anything further. I felt taken care of which is hard to find in the car business.

    I cannot recommend Josh Keller highly enough. He went above and beyond before, during and after I bought my F150 from Corwin Ford Pasco. I came to him with a budget but no firm idea of what I wanted in a truck. Josh drove to my house to make sure the truck I was contemplating would fit in my garage. He really went above and beyond to help me not only decide what would work best for my family but also talked to the owner and helped me get the truck under budget. Thanks so much Josh.

    I purchased two vehicles at this location when it was Legacy Ford and it seems that more then the name has changed. I told the salesman that I did not want to put any money out of pocket and ended up having to put $2,000 down after we signed all the papers. When it was time to leave, we were handed one key and when I asked about a second key I was told it only had one. I asked him to double check and behold, he came back with a second key. Then when we were in the truck ready to leave, I noticed there was not enough fuel to make it home. I asked why the tank wasn't full and was told that it is there policy not to put fuel in used vehicles. I feel like once they knew they had the sale, their attitude became screw the customer. I will say that the finance manager was excellent to deal with.

    I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Ford F150 from Corwin Ford. Every sales person I deal with was courteous and professional. I felt they paid attention to what I asked for in a vehicle and were not high pressure. I'm very satisfied with my experience

    1st thing we want to say is the sales staff Josh Keller was great helping us to get into the F150 that we liked. With him having one personally made it easier to decide. Ben in finance was great to helped us get thing done and on the road back to Moses Lake. Other local dealer didn't seem to care what we wanted but wanted to sell us what they wanted to. Thanks you staff at Corwin and Josh and Ben

    This has been one of the most enjoyable buying experience that I have ever been associated with. Al. Gutierrez was a very knowledgeable person and his personality is well suited for his capabilities and he should be held up as an example of what a salesman needs to do, act in meeting with people. Also Joe the finance guys was a straight shooter!

Freddy Rodriguez the service writer is always friendly and you can trust him to have your best interests in mind when you take your car to them. He has always fully explain any work that needs to be done, you’re in the best hands with the Corwin Ford Tri-Cities team. This visit I called almost 2 weeks in advance and they were able to get me in and out in a day for which I’m very grateful. Thank you Corwin Ford Tri-Cities, I highly recommend you guys as the best Auto Repair business that I’ve ever known.

    I have an '86 F250 that's certainly in far above average condition, with the natural exception of its Ford "self-destruct interior door panels." I've owned the truck for 20 years, I've taken good care of it, and I consider that I know it really well. I've had most of its major work done over the years at local Ford dealerships including Corwin/Legacy/Russ Dean/Lithia/Columbia Center, etc. Most everyone who sees my truck coming knows whose it is and what condition it's in, especially those who have done any actual hands-on work on its 460 engine. Last Fall, while in your shop for some reasonably routine work, my truck met with an untimely demise. I was shocked when I picked up the truck to find the headliner ripped plus the center speaker grille broken out of the dashpad. After a short investigation, it was concluded that no way was my truck in that condition when it arrived for service. We all may never truly know who, or what, happened to it. However; Jere Gorsline and Paul Smith stepped right up to the plate and accepted full responsibility for repairs "to make things right." After some mutual dissatisfaction with a polystyrene dashpad cap, I gave Jere the name of JustDashes.com I had read about in Hemming's Motor News. To my amazement, he picked up the phone and called JustDashes in Los Angeles and ordered a new dashpad right in front of me. The dashpad had to be fabricated from a casting. JustDashes wanted to know what shade of blue my dashpad was, so Jere ripped off a chunk of my old dashpad (which had been in pristine condition) and sent it to them, saying "That color right there!" I HAVE NOOOOO IDEA WHAT THAT FLIPPING DA$$$HPAD CO$$$T! Jere called at one point in December to give me a progress report and to let me know that it all was going well. I never told him I appreciated that. When I picked up that truck on December 29th, I was totally amazed at the quality of the work when I opened the driver's door. That dashpad is STUNNING! S-T-U-N-N-I-N-G! It might even be better than Ford NOS would have been. The headliner is immaculate! I don't know who's ever going to read this survey but you need to know that it's one helluva job to tear all that !@#$%^& out of that truck, put it all back in, and make it work. Needless to say, I'M IMPRESSED and it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to hiring someone else to do something I either used to do myself, or I could do myself. When friends and family talk to me about where to take a car or truck for repairs and why, they generally listen to what I have to say. I tell everyone I talk to how Corwin Ford in Pasco WA took care of my truck. You folks deserve every word of this positive survey and you have earned a customer for life. Jere, Paul, Willy, Andrew, and anyone else...THANK YOU VERY, V-E-R-Y MUCH!!! Feel free to call anytime regarding this survey. I have no issues providing my phone number to Ford.
