    I felt you guys were very jovial and helpful. This was due in large part to the possum that got shredded in my car, but it was nice to have an amusing, and messy, problem be handed as well.

    Called about wiper blades being bad, was told to stop by anytime. Came in without an appointment within 10 minutes the service advisor had the blades replaced and I was on my way. Bravo to Chris

    Great service. Quick and easy with no surprises. Dropped off my truck the evening before on my way home and picked it up the next day after work.

    I went to the dealership to try new Hyundai models and used Hyundai Velosters. I was allowed to drive any car and compare them and decided on a used Hyundai Veloster turbo that had all the options I wanted and came as a certified car with the full warranty. This combination of price and warranty met my needs and I was able to easily work out what I felt was a good deal. The staff was helpful and the sale went very smoothly. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used car.

    Danny takes care of me and my Ford Edge. He is easy to talk to, he listens to my requests, documents them in the service ticket, then he addresses each one with me in a way I'm comfortable with before he releases my car back to me.

    Wonderful . i will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Hyundai of Kirkland. Randy,Jerry and Chris is awesome.

    102 thousand miles... Ford Fusion... a typical stop by for "routine" maintenance. A great car and great service. Someday I expect something will break and I'll need some serious mechanical intervention. When that happens I'll really know what your team is made of... until then... I am very satisfied.

    Service went smooth and was very quick. Appreciated that the car was vacuumed. However, low tire pressure light came on one day after the service. Disappointing that the PSI wasn't checked, or that it was at the very minimum threshold...

    Bought a New focus from Jose Velasquez. He made the experience seamless and fast. This is the second car we have purchased from him and ford of Kirkland, he always make sure we get the best price. I would recommend both to any of my friends and family.

    I didn't have alternate transportation and live beyond Kirkland Ford's shuttle range. Kevin made my service a priority and got me out much faster than I expected. The price was reasonable for the services performed and the service and attention to detail was exceptional. In the past, some associates have tried to up schedule routine maintenance procedures at far more frequentl intervals than required by the maintenance schedule, but Kevin respects my knowledge and ability to read and performs only the required procedures as they are due. Great job

    I had my appointment at 1:15pm for oil change, but I arrived 30 minutes early and they let me take my car in although the mechanics were in their lunch time! The rep walked around the car to inspect it and he was very kind, fun and professional. At the check out he even asked me if I had any discount coupon which I did have! The place is super clean and spacious. I will definitely take my car there for the next service :)

    I love my new 2015 Elantra!!! My service appointments are treated with professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and, as a woman, I never feel "talked down to" which is so refreshing. Hyundai of Kirkland is awesome!!!

    84K mile service on 2008 Escape. Worried about front brakes. Dean Webster managed service expertly, kept me informed, offered shuttle, and project was completed in 3 hrs total, as had been anticipated. The new brakes feel GREAT! Dean is very professional, friendly, explained things well to non-mechanical person. Thanks!

    Bought an F150 XLT, 2015. Samuel was excellent to work with. He was straightforward and explained features of the truck to me. I had confidence that he was very familiar with the vehicle and knew what he was talking about.
