It was my first time ever financing a car, I'v always purchased them online via cash. I was going back in forth weighing the pros… and cons of buying vs leasing. After about 25 minutes with Damon, he made it very easy and provided great information in regards to the car and how leasing works. But when I made the agreement to sell my car with them, it was very negative. the car stayed for more than a month in the unsold yard, I asked a friend to show… interest in buying the car and the seller made no point in selling, giving priority to other cars in the store. And finally, they lost the record of my car and the extra key. I do not recommend doing business with them.I recommend this place!!

We know this because we fact checked… what they said with other dealerships. Overall your Typical sleazy experience one gets when dealing with a dishonest used car dealership.Excellent sales experience

There were four of us that came to look at my daughters first car and Kevin answered all of our… questions with extreme patience and then gave us plenty of time to talk amongst ourselves to make our final decision before purchasing the car. He even took a picture of all of us with the car. Best car buying experience ever. I will drive 5 hours again if they have another vehicle that I am Interested in and do business with Kevin.Great salesmen

by Jim_C on 03/01/2019Going into this, I can say up front that I bought my first car 33 years ago and have dealt with dealerships about a dozen times. Every time it is an all day process, with a lot of pressure, a lot of people saying "well how about this car… instead" and a lot of hassle for financing... Except not this time. I contacted them online a week earlier, got cold feet, but the salesman (Austin) checked in (just once, and without any pressure) and so I took the plunge and went in. Arrived about 10am on a Saturday expecting my day to be eaten and just hoping that I could get close to what I wanted. Austin was there, jumped up to help us, listened and chatted and not once tried to suggest something different than what we wanted. His finance folks didn't play ping-pong with us, they didn't play fast and loose with the 4-square sales techniques, and we drove off in a great car before noon! Price was at the bottom on KBB, the car is in great shape and low miles, it's actually a bit more than what I had hoped for, and by the way - free oil changes for the next three years without any hidden price jumps. So - let's see - no pressure, friendly, added service, never tried to sell me something I didn't want, made sure I got exactly what I did want, and in and out with my day intact. Genuinely happy!No hassle experience

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I was in and out driving my new car very quickly. The… finance team took car of me and got me into a car I wanted. Not just a car I was forced to take, or just turned down. I would definitely recommend Kevin Hart for anyone looking to purchase a car, even if you have less than perfect credit.No headache car buying at Excalibur
by R_Segovia on 10/08/2018Car shopping is always a nightmare ... as a parent you want to find the perfect fit for your son going off to college ... besides the usual reliability, good mileage , the last thing you want is the run around or the bait an hook routine ..… Thomas was upfront from the beginning ... straightforward, very professional and most importantly, he didn’t waste my time. Thomas also gave us a lifetime of oil changes .. where else Is anyone offering that ?? My son drove off in a really nice Acura with really low miles thanks too Thomas .. Thomas went above my expectations and found the lowest competitive rates so my son could be included on the lien so he could start building his credit .... if your looking for a car , I wouldn’t call anyone other than a Thomas to make it happen ...
