Going into this, I can say up front that I bought my first car 33 years ago and have dealt with dealerships about a dozen times. Every time it is an all day process, with a lot of pressure, a lot of people saying "well how about this car instead" and a lot of hassle for financing... Except not this time. I contacted them online a week earlier, got cold feet, but the salesman (Austin) checked in (just once, and without any pressure) and so I took the plunge and went in. Arrived about 10am on a Saturday expecting my day to be eaten and just hoping that I could get close to what I wanted. Austin was there, jumped up to help us, listened and chatted and not once tried to suggest something different than what we wanted. His finance folks didn't play ping-pong with us, they didn't play fast and loose with the 4-square sales techniques, and we drove off in a great car before noon! Price was at the bottom on KBB, the car is in great shape and low miles, it's actually a bit more than what I had hoped for, and by the way - free oil changes for the next three years without any hidden price jumps. So - let's see - no pressure, friendly, added service, never tried to sell me something I didn't want, made sure I got exactly what I did want, and in and out with my day intact. Genuinely happy!
