    Kyle service my Chevy avalanche. He indicated what I should do as I had an alternator go out. He believed that my warranty should pay for it but they were no open on the weekend. He kept me informed during the hole process, Great service department Thanks for having my back. Daryl

    This dealership is awesome. Did inspection. Advised of service estimate. Timely service! Needed body work, coordinated repairs. This is how it should be done. Was not going to buy a another GMC product. The purchase of the Buick was a nightmare.Port Angeles manager and finance person showed me it is time to find a new brand of vehicle to purchase. You folks at the Bremerton dealership has changed my mind. We own a Saturn Aura and GMC 2500 HD diesel. Our next 2 vehicles will be from Bremerton GMC, Chevy ect. Thanks !!

    I contacted Haselwood Chevy through the Costco Auto program. The Costco pricing was upfront and easy to understand. The truck I wanted was at another dealer and Haselwood did a dealer trade and got the truck I wanted for me.

    The worst dealership experience I have ever experienced. The most dishonest people I have had the displeasure to ever meet. I signed the sales contract on an 8” tablet, that I couldn’t read, and finance assured me it was just the usual financing, so I just signed. They gave me a copy of the contract in an envelope when they gave me the keys to my new Silverado. I apparently paid for Caltex coatings for interior, exterior and windshield. I emailed the finance manager and asked him when they would do the coatings; he replied it was done while I was signing the contract. All they did while I signed the contract was washing the truck. They could not have done the coatings as the factory plastic was still on the floor. After much hassle they agreed to do the coatings and I left my truck there for a couple days. When I returned to pickup truck I was so shocked, it was dirty with bugs still on windshield and obviously not coated once again. They refuse to refund the money I paid, over $2000.00 for something not provided. I wonder how many customers that are paying for coatings, do not know they are not getting what they paid for. Massive fraud is my guess with much money going into someone’s pockets. I will be filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, when I get back from my trip. I also paid for theft protection, another scam they sell it but do not do the etching. Please be aware that if you do not pay for Onstar connectivity you will lose a number of features that you thought you owned., and they certainly do not tell you this when you purchase your vehicle.

    Stephanie and crew took excellent care of my 2021 Blazer that had a faulty fuel pump module. Listened to me with respect and confirmed my suspicions. Had the work done within a day, and even vacuumed the winter muck out of the vehicle. Great experience.

    I liked that I could go to all 4 locations to see the different brand of trucks in one place. I found out I could get a new truck from work at noon and I had an agreement with your company by 3pm. Very fast process after looking at everything. They even took time with me after to teach me to use all the technology that the truck had. The staff seemed very motivated and friendly.

    Drive a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 with 157K miles on it. Parts department helped me order replacement parts and Randy helped schedule for an appointment that fit my schedule. With truck in shop, they discovered I needed new shocks which were not in stock. Randy arranged for an expedited shipment since I was scheduled to leave town in a couple of days. Got them installed and truck road ready on date I needed it. Throughout process Randy kept in communication with me. Explained prices, and what they were doing. When I came to pick up truck he had all the paperwork ready and got me right back on the road. Definitely a positive experience.
