Randy Gets it Done

onDrive a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 with 157K miles on it. Parts department helped me order replacement parts and Randy helped schedule for an appointment that fit my schedule. With truck in shop, they discovered I needed new shocks which were not in stock. Randy arranged for an expedited shipment since I was scheduled to leave town in a couple of days. Got them installed and truck road ready on date I needed it. Throughout process Randy kept in communication with me. Explained prices, and what they were doing. When I came to pick up truck he had all the paperwork ready and got me right back on the road. Definitely a positive experience.
