    I contacted the dealership to purchase a 2016 BMW 750LI. As a Michigan resident buying a vehicle from another state, I relied on Gabriel, my salesperson, who assured me the car was in working order. When I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle, he stated that everything was functioning perfectly, with only minor cosmetic flaws due to its age. Upon delivery, I immediately noticed the driver’s side fog light was not working as the vehicle was removed from the transport trailer. After the transport company handed the car over to me, I discovered that the heat and ambient lighting in the cabin were also not functioning. The next morning, I contacted the dealership to report these issues. However, I was met with a rude and dismissive response from George, who informed me that I had purchased the vehicle “AS IS” and suggested I call the general manager if I had concerns, though he insisted nothing would be done. In the weeks since, I have been in touch with Sherry, the service manager, regarding the problems. I’ve provided her with multiple pictures and videos as evidence. I also took the car to a local BMW dealership for an inspection and shared their findings, including a repair estimate. Despite this, the dealership maintains that everything was working when the vehicle left their lot and reiterates that it was sold “AS IS.” I now find myself responsible for costly repairs, even though I haven’t made the first payment on the auto loan.

Also our sales team did advise you to add warranty for such issues you may face in the future, to which you have declined and here we are.     Gabriel, sales manager, looks like Santa Claus, and I believe gave me a great deal on my 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport compared to the multiple other dealerships I worked with and visited. Additionally, his helpers (elves) Darrius and Trig, made my car buying process exceptionally easy. Best of all, the dealership is clean and organized, and all the vehicles are displayed nicely. A wonderful dealership with excellent staff!

    Overall, I had a good experience. I purchased my vehicle out of state and had it shipped to me. The vehicle was as described and was in really good shape. My one negative was all the haggling to get the price I wanted. The dealer told me the “original was price was the best they could do” then eventually was able to get fees removed to get the price I wanted. Could be just me, but I appreciate transparency from the beginning and not having extra fees tacked on after agreeing on a price. Overall I had a good experience though.

    Working with Josh and MB Motors was a great experience. I almost gave up buying a car, but Josh helped me through the process and now I got the car that I absolutely love. The whole process was smooth and easy and I highly recommend MB Motors.

    Deterred from car dealerships since buying my first car (prior to this). Had an awful experience the first go around. Feeling pressure is something that makes me run from businesses. From the beginning of my experience with MB motors I felt the exact opposite. Peyton (aside from the owner, George) was the only person that handled my experience. She was very kind, and just straight forward. No beating around the bush, it was what it was. I wasn’t planning on getting a warranty and have yet to use it, but George offered me a no brainer. Hoping it to be what they say! I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a used car in good condition for honestly a pretty fair price. From start to finish I have no complaints. Felt like I was communicating with coworkers, great place!

    I worked with Wayne Dazey and advise to stay away from him as far as possible. First thing that I thought was strange was by default they tack on 900$ worth of add ons that I never wanted including Xzilon, ecopro and a theft fee. Reading through these I saw they were in my opinion worthless but they said would not sell vehicle unless I buy the add ons which does seem unethical. I reluctantly signed these. I received my vehicle today, a 2017 650i grancoupe xdrive. First the odometer read with 110 more miles than they said it had which they said it was due to servicing, however they claimed the servicing occurred before it was put on the lot so it didn't make much sense. Next I didn't think to open the passenger door when it came off the car carrier, but once I did a piece of the siding started hanging off. Next I check the electronic trunk which was listed as an option on the website when I bought, this is entirely non functional. I was told that they do not check trunks as part of their inspection. I find this hard to believe and think that this was unethical. So now right after I receive the car it needs to go in for repairs that will definitely cost me over 1000$. I can't imagine the electronic trunk would break during the trip here and was told directly by the staff that this is something they do not check. I would not advise anyone to make an out of state purchase with them because based on their own words they in my opinion do a very light inspection of vehicles they are purchasing or they knowingly sold the vehicle that needed 1000$+ in repairs in order to make a sale. I bought the vehicle as/is so there is no recourse other than to complain here. Now I find that they just never sent me the title for the car so I am unable to even register it. I was able to reach Wayne and he gave me the person's number who sends out titles for me to chase them to send me my title. This is a different level of poor service that I haven't experienced anywhere else. To summarize, car was suppoesedly unknownigly sold with issues due to their poor inspection procedures, additional fees tacked on that weren't needed or possibly even completed, and no title for the car so I can't register it. No response from the GM George when I left him a voicemail.

While servicing often involves test drives, the 110-mile difference was created from the day it gotten inquired as cars get test driven by other clients while the car is on our lot hence why you get such small miles discrepancy. Similarly, we regret the inoperable trunk and assure you that our inspection process did now show any issues with the truck. the team advised you they did not inspect the trunk upon being delivered to you as everything was inspected before and was working. being electronic the chances for it to stop working is very random and there is not preventive maintenance to such; either working or not working. We're committed to learning from this and improving our quality control measures for future remote deliveries. Regarding the missing title and communication: We sincerely apologize for the delay in sending you the vehicle title and the lack of response from the General Manager. This falls short of our standards of service, and we understand the frustration it has caused. We have placed proper processes to eliminate such issue in the future with other clients and it will for sure a great lesson to our team to improve our communication and internal processes.   • Great service and amazing selection

    What are used car dealerships? 1. Pushy 2. Shady 3. Normally sub-par selection MB Motors has really changed that dynamic. George, I believe the owner, was more than communicative during the entire process. He wasn't pushy, he disclosed everything he knew about the car, and the selection was top notch. Our family was looking for a second car and I kept coming back to the cars here at MB Motors. I'm in Seattle, so I was really trying to avoid heading all the way up to Bellingham. However, the cars George and his crew bring it are different. They have better options, better looks, and he seems to pick some really nice examples to sell. I looked for almost a month and kept coming back to his selection. He kept in touch, via text and email, the entire time I was searching. I missed out on three cars I had my eye on and finally jumped on a gorgeous 7 series. We ironed out all the details ahead of time, which was easy because he had the lowest prices in the state. We arrived in the morning, took a long, unaccompanied test drive, and were back in the dealership to sign and leave. Without counting the test drive, I believe I was at the dealership for less than an hour. And that was with a 10 minute wait or so for them to make sure the remote had a fresh battery. They honestly had to go to the parts store to ensure they had the proper fitment. Fast forward a few days and something unexpected popped up. Now, I'm sure George could have stuck by the "as-is/no warranty" and I'd likely have little to no recourse. However, George was understanding and worked with me to come to a great solution. He really did do more than he had to. I don't have any needs on the horizon, but this is for sure going to be my first stop next time I need a car. With the service, selection, and treatment, I don't see a need to work with anybody else. I was really surprised it worked out this well.
