Great experience with the service team at Bellevue Porsche
by Cris G99 on 03/29/2025My first contact with the receptionist at Bellevue Porsche was courteous and professional. She directed me to the service department, and I was helped immediately by Jordan. He listened to my concerns, asked questions, and arrived at a plan… to fix my car. He introduced me to Lee Van who would serve as my Service Advisor. Lee was awesome to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the ways in which my car could be repaired, the approximate costs and time associated which each procedure. He walked me through the process of analyzing each step and approving or disapproving each item. He was courteous, professional and friendly at all times and articulated extremely well. He seemed to genuinely care about the well-being of my vehicle and the limits of my budget. All this was a relief as I had consulted with other professionals who had been unable to resolve the issues at an already high cost. A truly stress-free experience. I was treated at all times as a valued and respected customer. From this point on, I do not believe there is any reason for me to seek auto care anywhere else. Porsche 911 service review
by Wva1117 on 02/18/2025Disappointing experience. I had the car in for an oil change and to replace a dead battery. The charge was over $1,700. The dealer returned my car after the included inspection with very low tire pressures. Low 20psi in the front and mid… 20psi in the rear. They also forgot to install the charging pigtail onto the new battery. Service rep less than friendly.Hi, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Service and cost

No appointment tire bulge
by Duanekjax on 08/22/2024I went into Porsche of Bellevue with a massive bulge in one of my tires two days before a road trip out of state. I had no appointment, I noticed the bulge and drove into the dealership for advice as to how I should handle it (replace all… tires even though they were relatively new)? My favorite service advisor Andy S. noticed me asking for help and immediately jumped in to help. After he finished with his scheduled customers he assured me that he could help. I left my car ( he arranged for me to have a ride home) and he called me the next day with my problem solved. Great experience buying CPO
