Porsche Bellevue

I went into Porsche of Bellevue with a massive bulge in one of my tires two days before a road trip out of state. I had no appointment, I noticed the bulge and drove into the dealership for advice as to how I should handle it (replace all tires even though they were relatively new)? My favorite service advisor Andy S. noticed me asking for help and immediately jumped in to help. After he finished with his scheduled customers he assured me that he could help. I left my car ( he arranged for me to have a ride home) and he called me the next day with my problem solved. He is the best service advisor I’ve ever encountered!
