by Char on 12/13/2024Martin, the service rep did a great job, but when he was gone no one ever answered the phone or text or voicemail for 6 weeks .i finally called Hyundai international & no one talked to them either.this was warranty work-new engine-so I… don’t know yet how good it was. Martin was great the rest horrible & I would never do business with them again!All I wanted was a shuttle
by Chris on 10/01/2024Did not have a good experience at all with Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai. It began with them rescheduling my appointment without an explanation, forcing me to set a new appointment. When day finally came, the parking lot was packed and finding… out where to go and where to park was a major hassle. If you make a wrong turn, you don't have enough room to turn around. In the e-mail, they list where to go, but none of it is labeled at the site so it's meaningless. The main hiccup was reserving a shuttle and then getting forgotten about. I live less than 10 minutes away and had other things to do. They not only forgot about me, after waiting 45 minutes past the time I was supposed to be picked up, when I went to check in again, they left to "check on that shuttle" and disappeared, then failled to find me another ride. Then they told me my car would be ready in about 25 minutes. Another 45 minutes later of draining my phone battery in their waiting area, they approach me to tell me my car was ready. They didn't even go over the diagnostics with me (although I'm sure they sensed I was not happy and wouldn't dare try to upsell me). When I asked if there was any kind of "Sorry we forgot about you discount," they flatly told me no and didn't make any effort to apologize or find someone who could help. They didn't appear at all concerned about my situation or losing a customer, but their indifference told me everything I need to know. I will not be returning. I'll go to Hyundai in Auburn. The person assigned to help me was Adrian, although it was the person standing next to Adrian I dealt with the most. Neither were helpful.Awful service, extra $$, no return calls for weeks
by Lisa on 07/30/2024They had my car for weeks with no updates or replies to the 15+ calls and texts I left attempting to get an update. Eventually I got through via sales dept (tip: they answer that line!) and got someone to walk over to service and confirm it… was ready…and had been for 2+ weeks, during which they parked it next to construction and it was covered in thick layer of dust. Bill was more than expected (which was already super high) plus an additional $99 non cash fee that wasn’t disclosed I just saw it on my statement and receipt after the fact. Employees were apathetic and disengaged - they even forgot to collect payment and called me for that after I left. I attempted to share feedback directly via their contacts listed on the site but after no reply there either, sharing here for others.Exceptional Service at Bud Clary Hyundai
