They had my car for weeks with no updates or replies to the 15+ calls and texts I left attempting to get an update. Eventually I got through via sales dept (tip: they answer that line!) and got someone to walk over to service and confirm it was ready…and had been for 2+ weeks, during which they parked it next to construction and it was covered in thick layer of dust. Bill was more than expected (which was already super high) plus an additional $99 non cash fee that wasn’t disclosed I just saw it on my statement and receipt after the fact. Employees were apathetic and disengaged - they even forgot to collect payment and called me for that after I left. I attempted to share feedback directly via their contacts listed on the site but after no reply there either, sharing here for others.
