He also took the time to show us all the… detailed instructions of the car’s video screen, instrument controls, etc. He is indeed sincere and trustworthy. Great buying experience from start to end

He was not pushy nor were the extended warranty and finance folks that helped me. I was in and… out pretty fast on delivery day. Great Communication
by Peggy on 07/25/2025Reid Shiff is our sales person and he is wonderful to work with. The whole buying experience went smoothly and I’m very happy with my 2025 TX350. I have heard Priority Lexus has good service. Also, Reid said I would be given a loaner… vehicle when mine is in for every 5,000 mile service visit. Update July 2025: I had great communication from our sales person, Reid Shiff, as well as Samantha, who I forgot to mention in the first review of my buying experience. I can continue to communicate with Reid or Samantha should anything come up or if I have any questions. Only visit to dealership was to pick up my new NX350h Premium. Reid was extremely responsive and kept… me informed as to status of my car order throughout the whole process and he was very helpful at car pickup. Excellent support and customer service

During the process of selecting a vehicle, trading in our old one and purchasing a brand new one we did not feel pressured at all. Unfortunately, part way through the process… our salesman left the company. However, Reid Schiff took over our case and we are so impressed with his customer service, attention to detail and super quick response to questions before and after sales. He is fully competent technically which is a boone as this is a very complex vehicle with so many electronic functions and options. As we have owned the car for less than a week, we cannot comment on service and maintenance.Charlie, we're delighted to hear that Reid Schiff provided you with such attentive and knowledgeable service at Priority Lexus of Virginia Beach. Oil change

They gave me a complimentary wash and vacuum after the work. Moore, the Service associate for my car the day my car was being serviced did acknowledge this issue and apologize. Acknowledgement is… appreciated. Great guy
by LMO on 11/10/2023Never had a luxury car so went by the Lexus dealership after work to see the base NX350 model as I had been car shopping. Reid Schiff was great and spent 1 1/2 hours showing me the Lexuses, color combinations, etc. I was specific about… the colors of the interior and exterior I liked. I drove the base model which I really liked and spent a week driving some other SUV's. Reid wrote down all the differences between a new Lexus and a certified one. He even wrote down all the dimensions of my existing Honda CRV and the Lexus one. I had to think it all over and finally pulled the trigger. Good experience as much as car shopping can be.We're glad to know that Reid was able to assist you in finding the perfect Lexus for your needs at Priority Lexus of Virginia Beach. It's great hearing how detailed and helpful he was during your car shopping journey. Enjoy cruising around in your new luxury ride!

Made it Easy
by JB on 08/22/2023Priority Lexus made the entire experience of buying my used Acura easy and pleasant. I submitted interest in a vehicle and was contacted right away to set up an appointment. It was nice that they were open on Sunday. Reid was very helpful… showing me the car and working through options with me. I was impressed with the condition of the vehicle and I think we agreed upon a fair price. Overall, this was a great experience and everyone at Priority was nice. My car also came with free oil changes and state inspections. I don’t like spending a lot of time car shopping and thankfully I didn’t have to because I went to Priority Lexus in Virginia Beach.
