Great Communication

Reid Shiff is our sales person and he is wonderful to work with. The whole buying experience went smoothly and I’m very happy with my 2025 TX350. I have heard Priority Lexus has good service. Also, Reid said I would be given a loaner vehicle when mine is in for every 5,000 mile service visit. Update July 2025: I had great communication from our sales person, Reid Shiff, as well as Samantha, who I forgot to mention in the first review of my buying experience. I can continue to communicate with Reid or Samantha should anything come up or if I have any questions. I truly feel welcomed to the Lexus family.
