    I have had my Subaru serviced at Valley Subaru every 5,000 miles (now every 3,000 miles due to reaching 100,000 miles) ever since I purchase the vehicle. There are so many reasons that I recommend Valley Subaru for service or sales: ease of scheduling an appointment; competence of the entire service team; speed with which the work is done; accuracy with which problems are explained, both what is wrong and what it will cost to fix it; and flexibility. I am always in a panic if something is wrong with my car and it is such a relief when I walk into this calm pleasant atmosphere of the service department.

  • Over Priced, slow service

    Dropped my car off for a scheduled visit for an oil change and quick estimate for a broken fog light mount. What should have taken 1/2 hour took 3 and 1/2 hours. I was quoted a price for the fog light mount and installation of $360. When the work was complete, I was charged an extra $175 for installation. On top of this, I was charged a 3% service fee for using a credit card on their already over inflated prices for parts and service!

    We recently had an issue with our 2019 Subaru Outback. Ben Payne in the service department was very helpful in working with the service tech to identify the problem and getting it fixed. The repairs were covered under the factory warranty at no cost to us.

    The Service Manager at CMA Valley Subaru, Carmen Hinton is exceptional. Always friendly and customer focused ... combined with competence about their cars ... and mentoring her staff to follow in the same footsteps. I love their service department... always straight forward, helpful, and easy to deal with.

    The service received at the dealer was what I expected for the Brake recall switch. Having been a customer since 2014 and now having bought another 2018 forester for my wife , we now have 2. I have appreciated the service and the courtesy shown by Frank the sales Staff, Carmen in service and the parts dept staff. Thanks and I would suggest giving them a try to serve you.
