onI have had my Subaru serviced at Valley Subaru every 5,000 miles (now every 3,000 miles due to reaching 100,000 miles) ever since I purchase the vehicle. There are so many reasons that I recommend Valley Subaru for service or sales: ease of scheduling an appointment; competence of the entire service team; speed with which the work is done; accuracy with which problems are explained, both what is wrong and what it will cost to fix it; and flexibility. I am always in a panic if something is wrong with my car and it is such a relief when I walk into this calm pleasant atmosphere of the service department.
