by L1LCoop on 06/03/2015My recent experience with Crown Mini was incredible. They were more than helpful in discussing and answering my questions. My Mini Advisor Rebecca and her team treated me like family. We went for a test drive and I was in love all over… again with the 2015 Mini Cooper S, this is an amazing car and the features and packages that where on the car were overwhelming in a good way. I could not ask for anything more well I could and I did and Rebecca and her team made it happen. I am so thrilled with the car I am lost for words I thought my 2006 Mini was cranked but the 2015 cooper is cranked up 11+. OMG I need a race track. I just want to say to everyone at Crown Mini of Richmond you are all phenomenal, and to you Rebecca thank you very much for taking the time out to sort out my car, it is UNBELEIVABLEGreat Experience

I can't say enough about her, I was impressed with her expertise, patience, and layed back disposition (not pushy!). She took the time to go over… various options to make sure I understood all my options . I am very pleased with my new Mini and Anja made the process fun and educational. The sales, financial and service professionals worked as a team to make us feel very comfortable with our purchase. I came to them with a pre-approved… loan through my credit card company (which they were willing to work with). However, Richmond BMW was able to get me a lower interest rate than what I had. I am very pleased, and this will definitely be the first place I go when buying our next vehicle.Customer Experience

Anja never forgot me and would consistently send me follow up calls until I was ready to buy again. This speaks volumes about her… dedication to her career and what an asset she is to Crown BMW. It takes something special to be able to keep a customer for such a long time- 8 plus years so far. Adam H. did my paperwork this go round and had me out in 35 minutes. Professional and entertaining to boot. No negative take away from this experience at all.Smooth...
