After a 40 year career in retail myself, I can be a objective and through critic that expects a high level of customer service in order to give high marks. In this case, from the initial greeting ,through the delivery of my new Mini Countryman, the Mini team hit the Mark. James, Y. and Dan where professional, friendly, knowledgable and demonstrated a genuine interest in meeting my needs and answering mine and my wife's questions. I would highly recommend these gentlemen that represent this dealership.
