My recent experience with Crown Mini was incredible. They were more than helpful in discussing and answering my questions. My Mini Advisor Rebecca and her team treated me like family. We went for a test drive and I was in love all over again with the 2015 Mini Cooper S, this is an amazing car and the features and packages that where on the car were overwhelming in a good way. I could not ask for anything more well I could and I did and Rebecca and her team made it happen. I am so thrilled with the car I am lost for words I thought my 2006 Mini was cranked but the 2015 cooper is cranked up 11+. OMG I need a race track. I just want to say to everyone at Crown Mini of Richmond you are all phenomenal, and to you Rebecca thank you very much for taking the time out to sort out my car, it is UNBELEIVABLE

Thank you to James G, Dan, Anja and the many others for making our initial visit to test drive and ultimately purchase our first mini roadster a great experience. I walked out of there thinking what a fun place to work and what a great group of people to work with. Thank you for your patience with all of our questions. We are big fans of this dealership and the sales people and support staff that make it all happen!

Everyone in the sales and service department extended every courtesy and had answers for all of our questions. no pressure just knowledgeable people. Rushed us a bit for the payoff but we worked it out they came and got the check

Anja H. rocked my world! This is the 2nd car from BMW Crown Mini and it is even better than the first. Anja never forgot me and would consistently send me follow up calls until I was ready to buy again. This speaks volumes about her dedication to her career and what an asset she is to Crown BMW. It takes something special to be able to keep a customer for such a long time- 8 plus years so far. Adam H. did my paperwork this go round and had me out in 35 minutes. Professional and entertaining to boot. No negative take away from this experience at all.

I had by far the best car buying experience with Crown Mini of Richmond! Anja H. was amazing! I can't say enough about her, I was impressed with her expertise, patience, and layed back disposition (not pushy!). She took the time to go over various options to make sure I understood all my options . I am very pleased with my new Mini and Anja made the process fun and educational. Adam the finance guy was also great! This dealer is highly recommended.

After a 40 year career in retail myself, I can be a objective and through critic that expects a high level of customer service in order to give high marks. In this case, from the initial greeting ,through the delivery of my new Mini Countryman, the Mini team hit the Mark. James, Y. and Dan where professional, friendly, knowledgable and demonstrated a genuine interest in meeting my needs and answering mine and my wife's questions. I would highly recommend these gentlemen that represent this dealership.

We just bought our second vehicle from Richmond BMW. The customer service is exceptional. The sales, financial and service professionals worked as a team to make us feel very comfortable with our purchase. I came to them with a pre-approved loan through my credit card company (which they were willing to work with). However, Richmond BMW was able to get me a lower interest rate than what I had. I am very pleased, and this will definitely be the first place I go when buying our next vehicle.
