    Probably wouldn't use the service center if other local choice were available. No Saturday Service, Not really sure what they even did as the report they gave me does really tell you anything. Went in for 15000 mile maintenance, and they did 10,000 mile maintenance whatever that is didn't really explain what that was, didn't explain anything on the paperwork they gave me either. Communication not very good. Also told them there was a clicking sound coming from the rear which I thought may be connected to the recall on the rear axle bolt, but they said nothing needed to be done on recall everything seemed OK, and they didn't check what the clicking sound was in the rear because they didn't know about it. So basically the communication at this dealer isn't that great, and I surely would take it elsewhere if had more local choices since I purchased the maintenance package when purchased the vehicle. Also it takes way too long to get a service appointment, it probably would do them good to add Saturday service like most dealerships.

    I am so happy with the help and service I received from Harry "Happy". Along with the other guys that helped! The team was pressure free and so nice! I have been looking at trading my 2016 in and Happy helped me find the right one! I will send everyone I know to this dealership! Hands down a great dealership.

    We bought a Ford Maverick to replace our 2001 Ranger. It was the second new car we got from Crossroads Ford. Each time, we were given time to think and make a choice; there was no push to get the sale done by Gariel, the salesman. There are Ford dealers closer to us than Crossroads, but for a sales, we feel they are the best. It has always been worth the drive from Richmond to Prince George for the experience.

  • non working seeat belts are a safety hazzard...

    other 2017 Ford Edge Vehicles were under recall for the drivers side seat belt...why was mine not included when it is doing the same thing as the others that were recalled??? My VIN number was not in range of the recall is what I was told. Then they charged me a $99.00 diagnostic fee after I declined to pay the $708.32 to fix he seat belt.

    Someone had stolen a key fob for my Mustang. Needed a new fob and reprogramming. Walked into Crossroads without appointment. I was helped immediately. Service was completed in thirty minutes. Shirley was very helpful.

    We found a truck we loved online and made an appointment to test drive. We completed online forms to get an idea of the cost of the truck. Once we arrived, did the test drive and decided to buy the dealer, everything changed. The price went up $500 over what we were told. No where in the email they sent with the info we filled out said that online price was only if you traded in a vehicle. First of many things they told us that weren't quite true. Got charged more for "warranties" than we were initially told as well. Once we bought the vehicle and started questioning the details (no paperwork given to us - all on a flash drive. Yes, we did "sign" docs on a flatscreen we weren't shown every single piece of documentation) our sales person and business manager stopped responding to our inquiries. Finally engaged with GM, but he didn't seem to care about our experience. Ended up cancelling the warranty, but it took days and endless hassles to do so. No one responded to my questions about the deceptive practices. GM got angry when I kept questioning him.

    Craig, Marlon, and Charlie were very professional and great to work with; excellent customer service. They all ensured that I had a wonderful experience. I am enjoying my new 2024 Mustang; it is beautiful. I would recommend Crossroads Ford in Prince George if you are in the market for a new car.

    What started as a internet search ended up with this purchase.. I was hesitant about the distance from my home to the dealer but it was well worth the trip. I could not have ask for better customer care weather on the phone or in person.

    I had been searching for a new to me truck for a couple month and had several bad experiences with other dealerships prior to finding this truck. This truck was several hours from my house however Crossroads went the extra mile to get me any and all pictures and video I requested, They made the buying process very easy for me and shipped the truck to my local crossroads location. When I actually seen the truck there were no surprises. The only complaint I have is that it only came with one key. The salesman said he was attempting to get the spare key from the previous owner and would ship it to me if he could get it. It’s a small thing but I feel a dealer should replace it prior to sale if the previous owner can’t produce it. Other than that I have nothing but praise for the sales team I dealt with.
