Dealership Service Review
Probably wouldn't use the service center if other local choice were available. No Saturday Service, Not really sure what they even did as the report they gave me does really tell you anything. Went in for 15000 mile maintenance, and they did 10,000 mile maintenance whatever that is didn't really explain what that was, didn't explain anything on the paperwork they gave me either. Communication not very good. Also told them there was a clicking sound coming from the rear which I thought may be connected to the recall on the rear axle bolt, but they said nothing needed to be done on recall everything seemed OK, and they didn't check what the clicking sound was in the rear because they didn't know about it. So basically the communication at this dealer isn't that great, and I surely would take it elsewhere if had more local choices since I purchased the maintenance package when purchased the vehicle. Also it takes way too long to get a service appointment, it probably would do them good to add Saturday service like most dealerships.
