by oarres on 03/25/2015updated 04/02/2015all is well, pricing for service a plus 2 tires and detailing exceeded $1800.00, leaving a new decision for me when I decide to purchase a new Mercedes. up keep is important, however, it's best not to drive this car when the next service… will be as pricey as the last, therefore a purchase of a new car say a ford mustang would save me many dollars it the long run.Thanks Ryan

I live in Baltimore and searched all over the Internet for the best condition vehicles in the region. The photos… on their website were accurate and was definitely worth the drive. Jon (salesperson) said they only offer exceptional vehicles for resale and he wasn't kidding. Jon and Ryan (Sales Manager) were no pressure and no-nonsense which was greatly appreciated. Jon was also exceptionally responsive to my text messages throughout the process. They recognized the outstanding condition of my trade-in and really went the extra mile to get me top dollar for it. One day, while researching the vehicle, I happened to stumble upon the Edmunds Price Promise guarantee price from the Mercedes of Midlothian dealership. After doing my own research,… I was very happy with the quote. I went in to the dealership the next morning and worked with Jon, who was great. He confirmed that price, and I was in and out very quickly. I went home with my new ML and was very happy with not having to deal with the typical "haggling/negotiating" that many people come to expect when purchasing a new car. It was the easiest car-buying experience I've had. Jon was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Mercedes of Midlothian...especially Jon.Courteous, professional & Straightforward

Our salesperson, Jon, was professional and friendly, and even the Sales Manager Ryan and GM Ron come in and introduced themselves. They made me feel… as if they truly wanted my business, and they showed this was truly the case in working with me to negotiate a good deal on both my trade-in and the purchase. They also have a nice inventory across the MB range, including hard-to-find AMG models. I will gladly go back and work with MB of Midlothian when I'm next in the market for a Mercedes Benz.
