    From the minute I walked into the dealership until the minute I drove my new car away, everyone at this dealership made me feel as though I was part of their family. I don't know that I've ever had such royal treatment during a purchase experience anywhere! Every single person in this dealership was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and courteous. They all went out of their way to be sure I had everything I needed whether it was a technical question I had or a simple one. This place "rocks."

    I have entrusted the maintenance and care of my Mercedes to this dealership/service department for years. I have a great relationship with the assistant service manager and have always been provided a prompt, efficient, pleasant experience. I always recommend him and the service department @ Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian.

    I just wanted to say thanks to Scott Lambert and the MB technicians that maintain my 2008 C300. I am extremely satisfied with the way Scott commits to take care of my 7 year old C300 just like it's his automobile. Thanks Midlo MB for the prompt service.

    I went into the dealership to order a new rim for my E350 Mercedes. I told the service department to return my old rim to me. When I got my car back to service writer told me that I could not have my rim back because it was part of Mercedes-Benz policy not to return rims. They would then sell MY rim to aftermarket and make money. I felt that the rim belonged to me not the dealership. They speak of being honest. They even overcharged me from the quoted price of the rim.

    I felt like the service advisor listened to me and followed through on all the tasks I requested as I recall. So far, my car seems to run just fine. I would go back to the Midlothian Dealership in the future.

    We had a positive shopping experience with MB of Midlothian, and would recommend them. Our Sales person Wayne worked for us and got us a great deal on new vehicle. We did most everything online, car was brought from their Richmond location the next day for us to pick up.
