    Although they were not able to completely fix the running rich problem the car is better than when I bought it in and the cost was very reasonable.

    After communicating with several salesmen across multiple dealerships and brands, my opinion of MB of Midlothian is 'AMAZING'. Every member of their team was instantly responsive answering my questions courteously and with knowledge. Each team member in turn never let the ball drop and from start to finish, I couldn't be more pleased with the value for money I received and how valued they made me feel as a client. This dealership went above and beyond to make me feel like they deserved my business.

    Tink was just awesome to work with. She quickly greeted me upon arrival in the parking lot, introduced herself and listened to what I was searching for. Being a female she was relateable and made the purchase process easy. Not like most make salesmen she talked to me not my husband as I was the buyer. Tink sat with me in the car and went over all the options. She even called the next day to see if I was still happy with my purchase or if I had any questions. All of this made the purchase of my new car more exciting. Can't day enough about how great her. Tink should be salesperson of the year.

    Brian Parker, my service associate, always takes care of my automobile needs. I never feel like I am just another customer but instead he treats me like a valued individual listening to my concerns working with me on my timelines and always making sure I am satisfied. Afterwards, I get a free car wash making my time getting my car serviced as painless as possible. I never got this kind of attention, after the sale, at my Ford dealer nor any other American dealership. Mercedes costs more but it is well worth it.

    I went in to purchase 2019 GLC. Chris was patient, answered all my questions and responds to emails literally in minutes. I have not had any issues and I LOVE MY NEW CAR but any questions, he answered for me in a timely matter. He is the best!!!

    I don't bring my car in very often for services. This was by far the best service experience at the dealership. Travis is always professional and provided exceptional customer service.

    I have purchased a used sprinter van from the dealer , Wayne was extraordinary helping me complete my purchase , the dealer was straight forward with all the pricing, no gimmicks no games , very pleasant surprise. I live in Georgia , i flew in to Richmond to get the vehicle and it could not have been a better experience . I will fly in again to buy my next car from Midlothian .

    My routine svc advisor is fantastic. But recently I went in when my traction control system malfunctioned, leaving my car down. I took it to the dealership under warranty and the person I talked to (not my svc. advisor) said, "make an appointment"! Appointments were running 3 weeks out! M-B has an emergency service and towing number. If had called them, would it sit on the back lot for three weeks? It shouldn't be my problem they are short staffed, overbooked, or that warranty service is not COD. They owe it to their customers to get them back on the road in a timely manor; after all, it is M-B.
