by BarryO62 on 01/05/2018I took my 2010 Subaru Legacy Limited to Hyman Brothers Subaru for a pre-arranged service appointment on the morning of January 4, 2018. There were plenty of cars in the take-in area. Probably not so many at other service department for… other makes of cars without all wheel drive because of snow and ice conditions on the roads. Great experience as usual. The Legacy had Virginia State Inspection for free (always) and a bit of a tune up for the 60000+ mile plateau. All my questions were answered by Brian and I had a new battery put in my key fob at the parts department for less than $5.00. We have purchased a 2015 Outback for Hyman Brothers as well. Ron Spector is a great sales manager.Our Outback purchase

Truthfully i like going to a dealership as much as going to the dentist, but this time it was… different. We already knew what we wanted doing wasn't much looking around . We test drove our car, had a quick discussion with the salesman and manager, made a deal, and surprisingly got through financing in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive. We are very grateful to have such a friendly experience with all the staff at Human Bros.How it should be

The sales people, sales manager, and finance director were very cordial and took care of me and my wife during the time it… took us to decide to purchase one of these cars. So far we have only experienced the sales and finance departments, but are certain that they are an excellent dealer and expect to have a great experience with service. We love the car. It is different from what we have owned before and it's taking some getting used to, but the overall quality of the cars and the experience with the personnel have been excellent.Hyman Bros. The salesman person was friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable of the vehicle (s) we were interested in. He gave us a test drive and was very helpful in explaining… features on the cars. The Sales Mgr., the, Finance Mgr. were all helpful and extremely thoughtful to ensure we had all questions answered and made themselves available if needed later. Recently I took my car to be recoated after an accident. When Phil, one of the service managers, looked at the car he was not… satisfied and asked for more time to try to buff our some marks. The car came back to me in amazing condition. Phil and the entire team at Hyman Bros. are professional and customer oriented. Can't imagine going anywhere else - ever.Service visit

We negotiated a price and were ready to go. We bought on a weeknight late in the day so the Finance guy was tied… up w/another customer. Our deal didn't take long, but we had to wait a while for him. Not his fault, but it did drag a bit. GM did the best he could by offering up 3 free oil changes, so all in all just a long wait, but a good deal on a good car
