by wilson0728 on 07/05/2017updated 07/14/2017I purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek to surprise my wife with and the guys at Hyman Bros. helped me get what I was looking for. I started by looking online and when I found the car that I THOUGHT I wanted I filled out the online form and was… later contacted by Mike Buckley. Mike and I talked and I decided I wanted to look at a new car instead of the pre-owned one that I originally looked at. We setup some time for me to come in and everything was good to go from then on. The dealership was clean and organized and I was taken care of but not overly harassed either. If I had to find something to make a recommendation on it would be that a larger sign to see from the road would be nice. I missed the dealership the first time and then had to go up and make a U-turn which was an experience in itself. All of the other dealerships, including other Hyman Bros, are easy to see in advance. Mike Buckley and Jose Rivera both made sure that I was familiar with my options for the car and the the add-ons (warranty, cleaning, etc) but were not overdoing anything and making it feel like you're forced into anything. I actually passed on the extended warranty and there was no push back what so ever like I have had from other dealers. Overall a job well done by the guys at Hyman Bros. Subaru. We will definitely be back in a few years when we are ready to replace another vehicle or upgrade. Thanks.Hyman Brothers Rocks

My salesperson Mike took great care of me and let me drive multiple makes of cars to determine what I really wanted.… He was extremely patient with my wife and myself and worked with the sales manager to get what I think was a great price. The entire experience was as painless as a car buying experience can be. Thank you Hyman Bros. for this experience and getting me into a great new vehicle.Good people work here

I took a taxi and walked in with all of my belongings, and they helped me get a great deal, gave me advice on how to take care of my car and how to save money in the… process. Ask for Mike Buckley if you want a great salesman to work with. He really came through for me and even took the extra time to show me how to drive my use 2002 legacy stick-shift. I can't say enough good things about the guys who work there. I had a tremendously positive experience and I'm totally in love with the car I drove out of the lot.Great service!
