Get service during the East Coast snow and ice storm

onI took my 2010 Subaru Legacy Limited to Hyman Brothers Subaru for a pre-arranged service appointment on the morning of January 4, 2018. There were plenty of cars in the take-in area. Probably not so many at other service department for other makes of cars without all wheel drive because of snow and ice conditions on the roads. Great experience as usual. The Legacy had Virginia State Inspection for free (always) and a bit of a tune up for the 60000+ mile plateau. All my questions were answered by Brian and I had a new battery put in my key fob at the parts department for less than $5.00. We have purchased a 2015 Outback for Hyman Brothers as well. Ron Spector is a great sales manager.
