    When I first called to have my car serviced, I was told by Ruth ( I believe that was her name) that there were no available slots and I could not be seen. I called back 2 hours later and a friendly voice was more happy to help and set my appointment for 2pm. The mechanics are always friendly and helpful and always willing to assist but the people who answers the phone not so much. Over all I got my car fixed and I’m very happy.

    I worked with Mr. Nick Valentine and his honest, straight shooter approach to selling a vehicle was exactly what I needed. He listened to what I had to say and only looked for vehicles that I specifically told him I was interested in. He didn't fluff or throw any "Used Car Salesman" tactics at me though out the entire transaction. It's good to see a bright young man with integrity in this world.

    The salesman wasn't the typical "gotta get this sale" kinda guy. He understood my needs and wants therefore helped me, especially being a first time buyer, make the decision on a pre owned 2014 4Runner. Plus afterwards another gentleman helped me understand extended warranties to inform me on my decision on what package to go with. Overall very satisfied so far on how I was treated and how helpful they were to me since they knew I was a first time buyer!
