I called back 2 hours later and a friendly voice was more happy to help and set my… appointment for 2pm. The mechanics are always friendly and helpful and always willing to assist but the people who answers the phone not so much. He understood my needs and wants therefore helped me, especially being a first time buyer, make the decision on a pre owned 2014 4Runner. Plus afterwards another gentleman… helped me understand extended warranties to inform me on my decision on what package to go with.
