Values beyond the deal
by Sharon on 06/13/2019I am a long-time customer (service and sales) and they seem to appreciate that. I REALLY like seeing familiar faces - there is VALUE in keeping good employees. I now drive a long way but it is worth it to talk to someone I have dealt with… for a long time. I would recommend Mechanicsville Toyota to anyone based on this alone. There is at least one other dealership closer to me now and I did not even consider going there to purchase this latest vehicle. With the value-added routine maintenance, I will also be returning there for service. OK, truth be told, I would have anyway.Thank you for this amazing review, Sharon! Easist purchase I have ever made

I was so relaxed I think I bored him with stories of Alabama and my life. Buying my Highlander was the easiest… vehicle purchase I have ever made. My Husband was even relaxed and at ease with David, Scott and even talked for a while with Phil (both are from Boston area).
