I am a long-time customer (service and sales) and they seem to appreciate that. I REALLY like seeing familiar faces - there is VALUE in keeping good employees. I now drive a long way but it is worth it to talk to someone I have dealt with for a long time. I would recommend Mechanicsville Toyota to anyone based on this alone. There is at least one other dealership closer to me now and I did not even consider going there to purchase this latest vehicle. With the value-added routine maintenance, I will also be returning there for service. OK, truth be told, I would have anyway.
