I bought a car from Dj and he was great. Made me feel comfortbale and relaxed through the whole deal. Heā¦ answered all of the questions that I had and was very helpful. After dealing with Buzz and being treated like a piece of dirt Ron and Cliff both turn the experience around and helped my husband and I trade in to 2012 vehicles andā¦ drive off the lot with two brand new 2015 vehicles. I will most defiantly send my friends by to see Ron or Cliff in the future.Very pleased! !!!

When we drove into Steven Toyota we were looking online to see what used inventory they had when a salesman came out and askedā¦ if he could help us. We told him how much we wanted to spend and he told us what inventory he had in our price range. We got a really nice used car at a good price. Thanks to Stacey W. coming out to the lot and inquiring if he could help us we got a really good deal for mother.Highlander

We didn't see anything that caught our eye; however, Ashton J provided us with the most outstanding customer service. She wasn't too pushy orā¦ did she force her opinion down our throats. by netta2 on 08/24/2014We were looking for a Chevy Tahoe and found one though Edmunds.com at Steven Toyota Scion Harrisonburg VA, about 179 miles away. The description and price seemed almost too good to be true. (That should have been my first clue that thisā¦ would not be a good experience.) It was advertised as like new condition--"like it just rolled off the showroom floor". I emailed the dealership to see if it was still available and was told it was. We made an appointment for a test drive the next day. I received multiple emails and text messages and phone calls confirming our appointment and stating everything was ready for our test drive. It took an 2 and a half hours to drive up, and when we arrived, we asked for our contact person. He comes out and tells us that the truck is not there, he has to go to their other lot and get it. That wasn't a problem for us, but then he came back and said it wasn't ready, their mechanic hadn't finished checking it out and working on it, but they had other SUV's they could show us and we could test drive those. We reminded them that we were told it was available and ready for a test drive and in "like new condition". Turns out the sales man Ron P had lied to me and did not honor the price he had promised me over the phone! The entire trip was a total waste of time. They deliberately lied to us, not just once but time after time, and we had the emails and texts to prove it, as well as a print out of their description of this "like new" vehicle. They are dishonest and will say whatever it takes to get you to come to the dealership--the old bait and switch scam. People like this should not even be in business. Don't waste your time with these people.Awesome Saleman and Deal!!
