I recieved great care when buying my 4Runner

I would highly recommend this dealership and Dj to any friend orā¦ family member.Poor Service and they also lied
by netta2 on 08/24/2014We were looking for a Chevy Tahoe and found one though Edmunds.com at Steven Toyota Scion Harrisonburg VA, about 179 miles away. The description and price seemed almost too good to be true. (That should have been my first clue that thisā¦ would not be a good experience.) It was advertised as like new condition--"like it just rolled off the showroom floor". I emailed the dealership to see if it was still available and was told it was. We made an appointment for a test drive the next day. I received multiple emails and text messages and phone calls confirming our appointment and stating everything was ready for our test drive. It took an 2 and a half hours to drive up, and when we arrived, we asked for our contact person. He comes out and tells us that the truck is not there, he has to go to their other lot and get it. That wasn't a problem for us, but then he came back and said it wasn't ready, their mechanic hadn't finished checking it out and working on it, but they had other SUV's they could show us and we could test drive those. We reminded them that we were told it was available and ready for a test drive and in "like new condition". Turns out the sales man Ron P had lied to me and did not honor the price he had promised me over the phone! The entire trip was a total waste of time. They deliberately lied to us, not just once but time after time, and we had the emails and texts to prove it, as well as a print out of their description of this "like new" vehicle. They are dishonest and will say whatever it takes to get you to come to the dealership--the old bait and switch scam. People like this should not even be in business. Don't waste your time with these people.Awesome Saleman and Deal!!

by fmfreeze on 08/16/2014I need a small, good gas milage and safe foe me and my girls. Me and my youngest daughter went in to Steven Toyota with intensions of a small cheap reliable car. They were so open to what I had in mind and in turn offered me so manyā¦ different alleys. They first learned to understand me and had me taking cars to get my feel. My other daughter was playing soccer two different games and worked around me leaving a couple times to see her play. They even let me take the car to her 2hr game and come back to find the different cars with prices and payments for me to get in and get out. We left with a 2014 scion XD and made it to the second soccer game. Life is and Thank You Bill C for taking care of us. Nice day it was.great experience

by jay272 on 08/05/2014We purchased a used car and it was very smooth, no pressure and had a great salesman ( Pat M.) and the other people were great as well..working late into the evening to get the paperwork done..even after the doors were locked. We were toldā¦ we would get a number of things for free for a certain amount of time, oil changes and car washes which was unexpected considering it was used and that was surely an added bonus. They replaced some parts on the car they thought needed to be done and I saw the list of items which were costly and yet did not raise the price of the car! How many dealers would do that?Awesome Service

I had him get the keys for the tacoma I was looking at. We went for a test drive and I wasā¦ impressed that Cliff didn't only talk about the vehicle which we were driving...I don't like pushy salesmen and this put me at ease. Several days later I decided to trade in my vehicle and buy the new Tacoma. Cliff was very helpful the whole way through the buying process and I couldn't be happier. Fortunately we were with an experienced, knowledgeable sales person, Stacey, who took the time to explain how we could leaseā¦ a brand new Rav4 with lower payments, and still own it in the end.
