    Bob Powers was excellent saleman. Manager Daniel Rodriguez was able to work a deal with my trade in and on 2015 Malibu.

    Overall the experience was fine. My husband did not like the fact that there was a middle man for negotiating. He felt that it was not personal able. Manager did not even confront us after the sale. Sales Rep was pleasant. Overall the experience was fine due to the time at night. The manager situation was the biggest down fall.

    Since my husband has become ill, I have total responsibility for our vehicle service. The Green Team, lead by Phil Stallings, takes care of my vehicle. I know that when I bring it in for service it will be well taken care. When Phil tells me that he has taken care of it, I trust him and know that my car has received great service. That trust means a great deal to me and because of that trust, when I am ready, I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Hampton. Phil has taken care of my last two vehicles and I have never had any problems and he will be taking care of my next.

    Excellent service, took only 23 minutes. Unheard of elsewhere! Such great staff at this dealership. I've always had excellent interactions and hope they continue doing such a great job.

    The inspection was great. However I had told them that I had gotten a flat tire on 12/24 and that my tire sensor was not registering. She told me that it would cost 99.99 to run a dx test. I told her that I knew it was the right passenger side; she said you would still have to run a dx. That is absolutely ridiculous!! I don't understand why I would have to pay 100 for a 5-10 $ part???

    Well I wouldn't have had to come back in to get my car fixed if the problem was fixed when I took my car in for a service the first time and told them word to word "I think I'm having transmission issues". The issue wasn't fixed until three weeks later when I broke down because of my transmission giving out. Like I ment the problem could've been fixed long ago but instead it had to get more serious than it needed to be for the issue to be resolved

    We had been looking for a new family vehicle for quite a long time, it was nice to finally go to a dealership and not be pressured into buying a car or hear the saleperson talk a lot about a car that we have done research on. We were able to see what we needed to see and make our decision quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful!

    Hampton Chevrolet treated me wonderfully, courteously and efficiently. The service adviser called to let me know the status of my car and how long it would take, which they were quicker than estimated. I definitely recommend Hampton Chevrolet for their service department.

    Please do not feel slighted by my rating. I have never given any of my Airmen a perfect score on an appraisal because no one is perfect but striving to get there is what sets one apart from the pack. Phillip Stallings of the Green Team knows me well and doesn't discount what I say because I am a women when it comes to my vehicle. Left the vehicle overnight so the "noise" I heard was obvious to the technician because it was more prominent after first starting the vehicle. In and out in three hours with a new serpentine belt (which was my my original diagnosis), oil change and inspection done. Couldn't be happier. Thank you, Phillip!

    After my recall repair. My vehicle encounter further issue unrelated to the recall. I felt the service person should of tried to provide further information and security on figuring out my vehicle. I left with unresolved issues and filling like I was pushed out the door.

    It was wonderful! Everyone was courteous and pleasant! I drove 330 miles each way to see some old friends and make some new ones! I will definitely be back!!!

    Shane Outland was awesome in dealing with us! Paul London was fantastic in helping us with the finances! The one negative was the business manager-Justin. He tried to "Bully" us into purchasing our vehicle when we were ready to leave and promised to be back-which we did! I will recommend your dealership to my friends because of Shane and Paul!

    been dealing with you for 15 years, and every thing is always great! philip and the green team are always there for me and I can always trust what they tell me what needs to be repaired is a one on one personal caring for the customer. thanks for all the years of great service on both of my cars.

    I like the service I get but I was charged 39.00 for programing the remote that I bought on November 3rd and it was broke on November 7th, I feel this was wrong as I had paid l42.00 on the 3rd.

    It seems a bit useless to assign customers to service "teams" and when they get there, no service "team" member is present....so they have to see whomever is there from another service "team".

    I have had the pleasure personally and from a business aspect using Hampton Chevy. My expectations from sales to service have always been exceeded. Nothing even close to a complaint. Only thing I could offer.... consider a military discount.
