Please do not feel slighted by my rating. I have never given any of my Airmen a perfect score on an appraisal because no one is perfect but striving to get there is what sets one apart from the pack. Phillip Stallings of the Green Team knows me well and doesn't discount what I say because I am a women when it comes to my vehicle. Left the vehicle overnight so the "noise" I heard was obvious to the technician because it was more prominent after first starting the vehicle. In and out in three hours with a new serpentine belt (which was my my original diagnosis), oil change and inspection done. Couldn't be happier. Thank you, Phillip!
