When we got the recall letter, it stated that we would get a call when it came in as if it was going to be automatically ordered. On this appointment, I… found out that I had to request for it to be ordered. I made my appointment online and I referenced the recall part but no one responded that I had to request for it to be ordered and it was like they had not read my request until the day of my appointment.Hampton Chevy Service

I was told to see a particular person when I came to the dealership and when I got there, that guy told me to talk to a different person. Therefore the person I ended up… speaking to had no idea what we had been discussing. Had to go through the whole process again and then that person gave me a price and said that was the best he could do. Told him I could no way be able to do his price and he pretty much pushed me out the door. No price adjustment, no nothing. Oh well, got a super super deal from Priority Chevrolet without the haggling.
