by Chevy_Aveo on 09/17/2015I am a young college student and I was short $500.00 on my down payment and I needed a car, Max (salesperson), called me and I told him I am short, he told me sit tight for a few hours, Max called me back and told me "I have a good news for… you, my manager will give you $500 discount just because you are attending college". I was so happy that finally I can stop asking others to give me a ride back and forth. Thanks Max.Treated like a family
by ToyCorolla2003 on 08/29/2015I didn't wanted to use my new civic for pizza delivery, so one Sunday I decided to find a cheap car which will be great on gas and at the meantime very reliable, of course price was also a big factor. Honestly I went to at least 10… dealerships and either they were asking crazy prices or their cars had major issues, finally we walked in to Alpha Motorsports and I told them about my situation and the salesperson, Wali, told me to follow him, he took me at the back of the lot and told me that these cars are our trade-ins and usually we take them to the auction but he offered me to choose from 20+ cars and even left me alone with 20+ keys not like other places that forces you or talk smart. Well, I bought the 2003 Corolla and when I was signing the paper works, Shak, the manager came and introduce himself and once he found out that I will be using the Corolla for pizza delivery, he provided with free 6 month extended warranty and full tank of gas. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with the vehicle but again it is a used vehicle and now I am at least covered by a warranty even if something does go wrong with the vehicle. Small stuff like these can make a big different for a person such as myself who survive by delivering pizza and small stuff like this separates Alpha Motorsports than other dealerships. by ChadGoo on 08/18/2015My wife and I were in the market of buying new vehicle, GMC Acadia Denali for almost $53K and one night we decided to see how much their used ones were selling for, we found that Alpha Motorsports were selling 3 of them with under 25k miles… and 2 years of age for half of the price of the new Acadia's, well we called in made a appointment with Sayed and the next day they had the vehicle ready for us to be picked up and they even offered us with better finance rate than my credit union, 1.74%, thanks to Alpha Motorsports we saved more than $30K.Awesome Transaction

by nicole1988 on 06/30/2015I looked at Alpha Motorsports inventory by browsing around at multiple sites and their prices were unbeatable and their reviews were amazing, so I applied for financing at their site and 10 minutes later Victor, their finance manager called… me and told me that I am approved for the 2012 BMW 335 coupe and I asked him what is the interest rate, he replied 2.9%, I was shocked because I bought a new car a few years back and the rate I was approved was 4.9%, I went the following day to test drive it and to sign paper works, It has been almost 3 months since I bought my vehicle and I can't be more happier with my purchase with Alpha Motorsports.Buyer Beware
by Paull6315 on 06/03/2015The salesmen are very nice but expressly deceiving, buyer beware. I was sold a car that I was told had been painted by the cadillac dealership and after calling and running the VIN#, I found out it was a lie. The cars.com ad insinuated that… the car had navigation capabilities and the salesmen said it 'should' have it. After my wife drove it home, we also found out that, that was a lie. My lift gate won't close and they spent "2.5 hours" trying to figure it out and said I'd have to settle for a broken lift gate, no navigation, and an already chipping paint job. I would implore you to not do business with these people. I've heard stories of used car salesmen but I never thought I'd be the guy who would get taken advantage of by one. Shame on them and their business practices. I can't believe people would actually buy a car here.Pushy and Shady
by psavage28 on 05/15/2015I recently bought an Audi from Alpha motorsports. When I test drove the vehicle I wasn't even asked if I was approved for a loan like most of the other dealerships I visited. Which means anyone can just walk in and test drive a vehicle. The… test drive went great and, although the price was a bit high, I decided to buy the Audi the next week. The salesman, Sayed, was pushy and didn't explain anything very clearly or thoroughly. He told me the vehicle was in great shape with no problems at all. Within a week of purchase, my brake light came on. Two days later it was a warm day so I tried to use the air conditioner and it wouldn't turn on. Only the fan would work. I called Sayed and explained that these problems were existent before I purchased the vehicle and he told me that when you buy a used car you should expect to have issues with it. Both of these problems are minor maintenance issues that Alpha's mechanics should have seen when inspecting the vehicle and fixed it. Instead they just passed it on to the customer to deal with so they could save a couple of hundred of bucks. This dealership is completely incompetent and I would recommend you know what you are getting into when you deal with this below par dealership. They are very shady and only care about how much money they can sucker you out of. I will never use this dealership again and I recommend you don't either.Shabby car [non-permissible content removed]
by csskey2216 on 04/05/2015The first red flag came via text message from Ahmad instructing to me leave a deposit so he can hold the car, but did not mention any amount. I went to the website which states that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and to simply enter the… amount you wish to pay. So I actually paid a $50 deposit. I then sent a text to Ahmad informing him if such. He replied stating the deposit is $500 minimum.. Multiple times.. I responded that I'm already driving 5hrs and unless the deposit is REFUNDABLE I'm not just handing over $500 to possibly not buy this car. He then said ok that all is good. Once I arrived at Alpha Motor Sport after such a long drive there was absolutely no customer service or accommodations. We weren't offered a drink of any sort or anything at all. Even though I had extensively researched the Jaguar xj-series my salesman made zero effort to walk through the car with me. Just left me to my own inspection. Which uncovered that the moon roof headliner was falling off to the point that we did not open the sun roof to avoid further damage. This was not disclosed in the pictures, description or by the salesman. After my inspection I was ready to go on the test drive which Ahmad never offered to accompany, allowing me to take the car on my own. So during my test drive I found a local car repair to do a look over which revealed other issues. I had the car for just over an hour mainly due to getting turned away by the first 2 shops. Once I returned, Ahmad was only interested in scolding me for having the car looked at. He was extremely unprofessional to the point of being insultingly condescending and cursing at me after I repeatedly apologized for being long. After such horrible treatment I decided to not to do business with Alpha Motor Sports.A+++++
