Alpha Motorsports

I recently bought an Audi from Alpha motorsports. When I test drove the vehicle I wasn't even asked if I was approved for a loan like most of the other dealerships I visited. Which means anyone can just walk in and test drive a vehicle. The test drive went great and, although the price was a bit high, I decided to buy the Audi the next week. The salesman, Sayed, was pushy and didn't explain anything very clearly or thoroughly. He told me the vehicle was in great shape with no problems at all. Within a week of purchase, my brake light came on. Two days later it was a warm day so I tried to use the air conditioner and it wouldn't turn on. Only the fan would work. I called Sayed and explained that these problems were existent before I purchased the vehicle and he told me that when you buy a used car you should expect to have issues with it. Both of these problems are minor maintenance issues that Alpha's mechanics should have seen when inspecting the vehicle and fixed it. Instead they just passed it on to the customer to deal with so they could save a couple of hundred of bucks. This dealership is completely incompetent and I would recommend you know what you are getting into when you deal with this below par dealership. They are very shady and only care about how much money they can sucker you out of. I will never use this dealership again and I recommend you don't either.
