by Derek on 01/23/2023I contacted Alpha Motorsports with intent to purchase a vehicle from them. The pictures and info looked great and the price was labeled a great deal, catching my attention. Then they tried to add over $1,900 in total fees. But they didn’t… do this until I was ready to pay. They were like, okay the total amount financed is $xx,xxxx. I asked them why and that it didn’t add up. Come to find out they had added $1,900 plus to the agreed total. Like the Dealer Processing Fee. I tried to Negotiate and after 24 hrs, they nearly cut it in half. I would have walked away, but my wife really wanted the vehicle by then. So we paid and had the vehicle shipped here. Vehicle arrived and then had three interior issues not mentioned. Including a missing seat belt??, and two teeth marks from a dog on the front dash and console. These were not mentioned or transparently photographed. 18 months later, the transmission failed with 69k miles and without warranty. I learned my lesson to not purchase from Alpha Motorsports. I hope you don’t make the same mistake.Careful with this dealer......sale price is not advertised price
by Brent November 2022 on 11/27/2022The internet advertised price is the dealer's all cash price. This includes if you come with your own bank financing. If using any bank financing, they try and increase the price by $5,000. The finance team at the dealer is transparent,… but only if you ask the right questions. Example, I had to ask about various fees loaded onto the price and discovered a $3,000 prep fee that they were willing to waive.....but I had to dig it out and find it. While seeming to be a fair market priced dealer, they are actually a negotiation dealer. I did like the selection of cars. Sales team was somewhat disinterested (but I was there late on a Saturday).Great Car-buying Experience!

I am very happy with my new car (and I know this has nothing… to do with the dealership, but because of the excellent safety-rating of the vehicle, my insurance premium was reduced by over $100)! Everything worked out better than I expected.Great place to visit and find your dream vehicle

by Amira Hill on 09/15/2020overall my car is in the worst shape ever literally brought the car 2 weeks ago & I went to get an inspection due to hearing my brakes squealing, went to get it looked at not once but twice they told me so many things were wrong & if I… continue to drive my car it will catch on fire reached out to the person who sold me the car & it’s been nothing but bs he tells me I have yet to be helped & now I have to come out of MY pocket to get things fix that should’ve been taken care of by the person who sold me car instead I haven’t heard anything from anyone & I still don’t have transportation to & from work I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. This company doesn’t deserve any stars honestly it deserves a thumbs down. I’m highly disappointed and unsatisfied worst place I’ve picked to buy my first car. Don’t make the same mistakes I did find somewhere else to find a car.Great experience!
by Ashley on 09/07/2020Jason was a great salesman (Rebecca was too!). Edwin did a great job working the numbers and listening to what I wanted to accomplish payment/warranty/maintenance cost. Extended warranty options were a must for me after a bad experience… with a high mileage BMW. I literally got everything I was looking for so I couldn’t be happier choosing Alpha. We have visited this dealership a few times in the past but just were not ready to commit. No one was pushy but they were so on it! I walked away with a beautiful low mileage Escalade. On the day of shipping the sales man contacted me and told me that all what was agreed on… was done. When my vehicle was delivered, I saw nothing was done as agreed on and some items were removed from the vehicle. The price was OK but within a week of purchase I am paying over $500 for key fob, tire and cleaning.Great
