He sold me with facts and information and without hype! (Well maybe he hyped a little bit but certainly… not overblown.) I really was not hell bent on buying a car but Duncan addressed all the concerns I had-so we did the deal. My wife and I are very pleased with our 2023 Nori Green NX350. Wonderful service experience

I was provided a rental so that I did not have to wait and the car was back to… me the same day.Thank you for taking the time to share. Nguyen Le is very knowledgeable of my vehicle needs and he provides good recommendations to assist me making decisions on the type service I need. I’ve… performed all required maintenance services on my 2016 Lexus GX 460 therefore no major problems. Vehicle runs like a charm. Only Lexus works on my vehicle. I have let Toyota do minor services; Lexus 97% of the time. I will get another one in two years.Henry, thank you for the great review! Outstanding Customer Service

James greeted me warmly, listening carefully to the issue and that I had a meeting to be at in 30 minutes. He got me there and arranged everything… else. He arranged pick up after my meeting and my car was washed and ready when they brought me back.
