I had an emergency this morning and arrived at the dealership with no appointment at 6:30 am. James greeted me warmly, listening carefully to the issue and that I had a meeting to be at in 30 minutes. He got me there and arranged everything else. He arranged pick up after my meeting and my car was washed and ready when they brought me back. He and the service team at Lindsay Lexus turned a very rough start into a great day!
