When we arrived to look at the car we were not disappointed. The car was exactly as advertised.… When we went to pick up our new BMW650 it was ready to go...very efficient staff, less than an hour we were on our way. by MillerTEK on 06/07/2016After 200,000 miles, I decided it was time to retire the 2000 CLK320 and decided to take a look at Select Auto Import's inventory - and immediately fell in love with a black 2012 C250 with only 6700 miles. The price was very very… competitive as I had checked around and done my homework. (Valet parking! awesome!!!) Marlon, my salesperson, took care of me immediately! Very polite, friendly, and enjoyable to talk with, so I knew the sales process would be much more comfortable here than most of the other locations I visited. After discussions, I came back with my wife, who approved of our pending transaction - and the sales process began. I spoke with many of Marlon's co-workers, all of whom were extremely polite and friendly. My wife and I enjoyed talking to Patricia, who handled the official paperwork - which made the process even more smooth. This car was practically new with only 6700 miles and I thank Patricia for recommending a good warranty tailored to my specifications. Signed, sealed, delivered - I was handed the keys, shook Marlon's hand and I was on my way in a new car! I've bought several cars in the past and must say my wife and I had the best time in Select Auto Import's comfortable atmosphere . Thank you so much! The salesperson (Ali) was professional courteous and knowledgeable. He… spent extensive time post sale educating me about the features of my new car. The general manager (Robert) was hands on and approachable at all times, fully engaged, not behind a counter somewhere. He was part of the entire process and made me feel ultimately comfortable with the process with absolutely no pressure and expended much effort to make the process as easy and seamless as possible. Even the financial checkout process was easy, friendly and educational. The cars at Select are all in top notch condition with many choices. I left with a completely different car than I came looking for, but one that I am thrilled with. Nearly new, in perfect condition, priced totally at fair market value (after much research). I would certainly recommend this dealership for service and value and will likely be back for future purchases.First Time Ever!!!!
by 1of3QTPies on 05/12/2016After assuming it was going to take me at least 3-4 hours to find and select the perfect car, I was very agitated when I arrived at Select Auto Imports barely an hour before closing. I'd gotten stuck in rush-hour traffic that turned a 25… minute drive, into a 2-1/2 hour nightmare. I have purchased several cars over the course of 35 years, and usually have spent between 4-6 hours at the dealerships haggling over make, model, and prices. However, I was blown away by the courtesy, efficiency, and overall professionalism displayed by the entire staff at Select Auto Imports. In particular, my salesman (Mr. Naser "Z") ascertained exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend (before I arrived at the dealership), and had two models waiting for me to test drive. Both were in the price range discussed, which eliminated the "let me go talk to my manager...'back-and-forth' issues of pricing," and all of the other headaches that one often experiences when purchasing a car. Within an hour and a half, I was driving off the lot with the car I wanted (Mercedes Benz C300), at the price I wanted, with an even better financing rate than I expected. I would recommend Select Auto Imports to anyone looking to purchase a new or used high-end vehicle. This was the first time in my life that I've had such an Awesome car-buying experience.
