by LizzieC on 06/28/2017We went to test drive a MB C300. We had pretty much decided the C300 was the car we wanted to buy but had absolutely no intention of buying it that day. Marlon Bolanos met us as we drove in, listened carefully about our objectives for our… visit to their dealership, and brought the 2016 C300 out so that we could drive it. We knew after driving it that it was the car we wanted. We felt no unpleasant pressure to make a decision, but the car was basically brand new, with years of warranty, extremely low mileage, and perfect condition, inside and out. We discussed the pricing for the car with Marlon and his manager, Robert. We arrived at a fair price and took the car home with us later that day. Mary Beth prepared all the sale paperwork, and was a delightful part of our experience at Select Auto Imports.Best place ever!

I was amazed that the inventory list on their website was accurate. All too often websites list items that are… inaccurate and the item is not available; that was NOT the case with Select Auto Imports. In a very short time, I received a call from Marlon Bolanos who was very pleasant and friendly over the phone. He was knowledgeable and was able to guide me towards the car that was best for me. He connected me with financing and the process was a breeze. Mike and Maribeth was excellent was well. Everything was pre-completed and I was out in less than 2 hours. by Bushwoodj on 05/24/2017I hate dealerships! I dislike the whole process, the sales pitch, the financing, warranty, the waiting, the back and forth, everything about them. But not this place. I had been searching for months for a certain car and came across it… online at Select Auto Imports. Never heard of them. I checked their reviews and was surprised to see how everyone raved about them. Now I do too. Simply the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. My salesman, PJ Nadimi, was great! Knew everything about my car and took the time to go over each detail. He gave me his undivided attention and I was out the door in less than 90 minutes. I have already recommended him to my coworkers. Marybeth was also awesome. She found me a rate (quickly) lower than my bank. We used some of the savings to work out a 5 yr 100K miles warranty. Overall, it was a very positive car buying experience. The selection is awesome (wow do they have some beautiful cars), the price was very fair, but the customer service was outstanding. I will absolutely be back when I am ready for the next car. Thank you PJ, Marybeth, and all the folks at Select Auto Imports. That changed last month, when I wanted to find a good used car, in excellent condition,… from a reputable dealer. I decided to look at Select. First, I browsed the inventory. It is full of premium, well-maintained automobiles at reasonable prices. Next, I checked customer reviews. The cars I have bought have always been tops, in luxury, in quality, and in price. They even show you… the comparison of their price to the price in KBB. My salesman PJ, and the management are willing to meet you at your needs and work with you to your satisfaction. No pressure, no gimmicks, just plain honesty and willingness to help you. Robert asked me about what other cars I had test driven, what I liked and about my driving needs and expectations. He suggested… a car that I had not considered. The car felt like the right fit after the test drive. I took my time to do my due diligence about the vehicle. There was no pressure nor statements about others being interested in the car.
