Select Auto should be renamed "Perfect Auto"!!
by jstonberg on 01/12/2018I decided to purchase a recent, low mileage Mercedes-Benz SL550. Select Auto Imports had exactly what I wanted, including equipment, exterior and interior colors, a 2015 model with only 3,000 miles, no frame damage or panel replacement,… "clean" CarFAX Report, a guarantee from Select Auto Imports as to the accuracy of these representations, -- all at a very fair price. An excellent value. In addition, it is Select policy to feature cars that are still on the original factory warranty. For buyers like me, that permits the purchase of a factory or other extended warranty, that must be purchased prior to the expiration of the original warranty, to take effect immediately following its expiration. This allows someone such as me to enhance the long term value of my investment and ensure that I'll not be exposed to the cost of significant remedial work down the road. I plan to purchase a 7-year plan that will protect me through the accumulation of 100,000 miles of pleasurable driving. I was concerned about making such a large purchase from a company that I did not know previously, dealing with people who I had not met, and might never meet. However, all along the way, Naser Ziarmal, Luxury Sales Consultant who has been in the business for more than 10 years and with Select for 7 years, together with Robert Samereie, Sales Manager were so responsible and responsive, anticipating my every need and concern that they could not have done a better job. We arranged for them to take the car over to the local Mercedes-Benz dealer for a thorough pre-purchase inspection and Robert arranged for me to speak directly with both the service professional as well as the mechanic that perform the inspection, who reviewed the detailed multi-page report with me that examined the SL's 30-plus systems. In addition, they arranged for the SL to be shipped to my home at a very reasonable cost by a company that services 2,200 dealers nationwide, even taking a video of the freshly detailed vehicle and emailing it to me just prior to driving it on the truck. When the vehicle arrived, today, January 11th 2018, I could not believe how truly magnificent it would be. I am a sophisticated business person, and a "realist". One experiences disappointment from time to time and hopes for a satisfactory result, particularly when one is functioning outside of one's comfort zone, as I was in this instance. However, one rarely expects for one's most optimistic hopes and expectations to be exceeded as they were in this instance. Not only do I endorse Select Auto Imports, Robert Samereie and NasserZiarmal, in particular, but also the process that they have created and so artfully executed. The next time I look at purchasing a "like new" luxury vehicle, Select Auto Imports will be my first call.Great service

At one point, we purchased from another dealership, only because we wanted a specific vehicle, but the… experience could never measure up to the amazing customer service that we receive from Select Auto Imports, from the moment we get out of our car, which is why we keep coming back. The salesmen are knowledgeable, friendly-never pushy and their professionalism is above reproach. Everyone there makes our experience great, from the receptionist to the owner! Of particular note was his pleasant demeanor. He is a really nice person. I felt at ease… talking with PJ and he quickly established a trust based relationship. I did purchase a vehicle through PJ. That in and of itself was a good experience. Everybody that has bought a car, especially a used car knows that it is a high stress time. With PJ it was the other end of the spectrum No stress at all. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle directly off the internet. by SteveJI on 12/04/2017I recently purchased a BMW X5 from Select Auto Imports and it was the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The salesperson I worked with, Naser, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time, on separate… occasions, to explain to my wife and I the different features and options that came with the car. The X5 I purchased was 4 years old, but was in immaculate condition - as close to new as you could get. Everything was detailed inside and out - go to another used car dealer, like Carmax, and you'll still find dirty vehicles with dust, crumbs, and whatnot in cracks and crevices throughout the car. The price of the vehicle was also excellent. You don't have to worry about them trying to overcharge you. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, the whole process took less than 30 minutes. They offered a warranty, but were not pushing it or trying to sell me on any add-ons like other dealerships often do. It was a very stress free process - which is often rarely the case with car purchases. Select Auto has gained a new life long customer.Amazing customer service!

I can say dealing with Select was the best experience I've had purchasing a used exotic. If you are lucky enough… that Select has the vehicle you are looking for; buy it from them (and ask for PJ)!. Everything about my experience was outstanding. I was picked up at the airport, the vehicle was ready and waiting, finance had me on the schedule...I was in and out in 30 minutes. From the time we found this car till the time we drove the car off the lot was less than 72 hours. Add… to the fact this entire process was primarily over the weekend. Our sales consultant Marlon was outstanding in every way. All the necessary paperwork to secure and purchase our BMW was done virtually through my smart phone which made this process more convenient and timely. Terry from their finance department was incredible. She did not push any one finance option and worked with us to ensure we received the best deal that could be had as well as additional warranty coverage to which is a necessity in my opinion for the high end vehicle that we purchased from this dealership. Overall our experience was outstanding and without a doubt worth the 12 hours of driving time we had to make from CT and back in order to buy from this dealership. At no time did we feel that pushy used car dealership attitude that we all are well aware of and try to avoid. There is none of that with this dealership. I will keep this dealership at the top of our list for any future interest we may have in any future used high end import auto purchases. Highly recommended and well deserving of a five star rating. Even though they sell used vehicles you would never know.… They take pride and very good care of all their cars. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the nicest people there. You are not forced into anything that you don't want to buy. Everyone from my salesman(Ali) to the finance office(Ms. Terri) and big shout out to Mr. Robert who pulled every string in the book to help me get my suv and Marlon(took me to test drive my suv)...THANK YOU!!!!!! I ended up purchasing a 2014 Mercedes Benz ML350 4Matic from them and it was so clean inside and out,low mileage and it rides soooo smooth on the beltway. However, Naser Ziarmal helped us to see that buying a 1- or 2-year-old once-owned car was a great way to own a luxury car at an affordable price.
